Back to work today! And this wee guy celebrated his 2nd birthday yesterday 🥳
2 already!!!

Next week sees the start of the new working hours so do plan ahead as there won’t be the usual flexibility. If you can’t find an appointment to suit do let me know and I will see what I can do.

‼️New Opening Hours‼️

From 9th September I will be condensing my working hours to a Wednesday afternoon, all day Thursday, and a Friday morning

This will mean I have slightly less availability and flexibility and I do apologise for that; but in order to keep doing what I love on a longer term basis, I need to make some changes.

Plan ahead where possible!

Love the Bodymaster Courses!
This one focuses on the neck - anatomy, position & posture, brachial plexus and nerve testing, mytomes and dermatomes, pathology, passive motion testing, and treatments and taping.
