The end of an era! So today is my last day as Top Dogs. I just wanted to thank each and every one of you for your continued support over the last 10 years, you have been absolutely wonderful!

It is with must sadness that I have to announce the closure of Top Dogs.

I have had the most incredible almost 10 years with you and would like to thank each and every one of you for your continued support!

Charlotte @ The Suffolk Dog Lounge (also part of Grooming Dales) has been with us for almost a year now and is taking over my side of the salon and is happy to take on all of my customers and I will be contacting each of you individually.

I will still be about in the salon helping out from time to time so hopefully will still see a lot of you again there and out and about!

Top dogs phone number and page will no longer be in use from September and all contact will need to go via the Suffolk Dog lounge page, instagram or Tel 07466280046 or via Grooming Dales Grooming Dales Ipswich.

I will make the transition as easy as I can for you all and happy to pass on your grooming details with your permission. If I can help in any other way please do let me know

Sorry it’s a grumbly night from me!

Another reminder that payment is due on collection. This can be instant bank transfer, cash or card. I have had 2 non payers recently that I have had to chase! 1 has still failed to pay and it was for 3 dogs so not a small bill!

As much as I love my job it is not a hobby, it actually pays my bills and feeds my children!

I will not hesitate to take further legal action if bills are left unpaid and contact between us fails.

All future groom appointments will be terminated if unresolved

Just a little reminder! 2 this week!!

CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations of appointments, this allows us time to fill the space.
TIME HAS BEEN RESERVED FOR YOUR DOG!

NO SHOW
Forgotten your appointment? Or decided to wait another week or two and forgotten to let us know?
It’s easily done but please do think of your groomer waiting around, losing money and still having bills to pay!

We are always willing to be as flexible as possible so please just a quick call or message and we can sort it!

Cancellations within a 24 hour period or no shows will incur a £20 fee payable before your dog is booked back in (We do appreciate there are exceptional circumstances where this is not possible and will be sympathetic of this)

UNFORTUNATELY WE WILL NOT BOOK YOUR DOG BACK IN OR HONOUR THE NEXT GROOM WHICH MAY HAVE ALREADY BEEN BOOKED UNTIL THE FEE HAS BEEN PAID
