No Show 🚿✂️🐾💕 First appointment of 2024!

Please let me know if you are unable to attend. I send out reminder texts two days in advance, to try and prevent this from happening. Clearly it's not worked this time! I accept that events beyond our control can crop up at the last minute and I am very sympathetic in those genuine situations. However, simply forgetting is not a good reason. My dog grooming business is solely responsible for paying the bills and supporting my family. It is not a hobby job, and a no show means loss of earnings for me!

Happy New Year to all of my lovely customers and best wishes for 2024. Thank you for your valued and continued support as always. I am very grateful to be able to work with so many gorgeous dogs. The groom room is open from Tuesday 2nd January. January and February are already getting busy, so please get in touch if you haven't booked your next appointment. I am happy to take bulk bookings for the year if there is a specific day or time you prefer. Many customers already do this and I will be sending out these schedules today via WhatsApp.
