For our mail order customers, new courier delivery protocols have been released.

Deliveries to a Business.

The driver will ask where the customer would like the parcel to be placed whilst maintaining a 2 meter distance from business staff wherever possible.
The driver will explain that because we are taking extra precautions over Coronavirus, we do not require a signature.
The consignment will show as delivered.
The recipient’s name will be entered into the surname field.
CV will be entered into the signature field.


For Deliveries to residential addresses.

The driver will place the parcel/package on the doorstep.
Knock on the door
Driver will step back two meters from the door
Explain to occupant that due to extra precautions over Coronavirus we will not be requiring a signature.
The driver will take the recipients name and enter into the surname field.
CV will be entered into the signature field.


If no one answers the door - a card will be left in the normal manner and the delivery returned to the APC depot for further instruction.

This is not ideal but with vulnerable people working
here in tight conditions against a silent enemy we have
little option.
