Sharing this recipe early so you can add a little extra love to your furry friend's bowl this Valentine’s Day (14th Feb)! ❤️🐾

Ingredients:
1 tbsp unflavoured beef gelatine (Mr P - Amazon).
4 tbsp cold water
1 tbsp fettle goats milk powder
60ml hot water
4 strawberries

Step 1: Mix 1 tbsp beef gelatine with 4 tbsp cold water in a bowl.
Step 2: Leave it to soak for 30 minutes so it firms up.
Step 3: Next, in a jug, mix 1 tbsp goats milk powder with 60ml of hot water.
Step 4: Add the strawberries to the goats milk and blend.
Step 5: Add the gelatine mixture from earlier into a small saucepan on low to medium heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture turns to liquid. Do not bring to a boil.
Step 6: Stir in your strawberry and goats milk mixture from the jug.
Step7: Pour the final mixture into your heart-shaped silicone mould and leave to cool on the side.
Step 8: Place the mould in the fridge for 1 -2 hours for the gummies to set.
Step 9: Serve to your furry friend!

This recipe made 10 heart-shaped gummies in our mould. We recommend storing the gummies in an airtight container in the fridge.

We’re often asked what 'fettle' means and how we chose it as the name for our business.

In truth, Taylor and I were struggling to come up with a name that firstly, we both liked but secondly, we felt was a clear representation of what the brand was all about.

That’s where Amber, Taylor’s partner, comes into the mix. During one of our many brainstorming sessions, she suggested 'fettle' to us, and it instantly felt like it was meant to be.

When we looked into the meaning of the word, we knew it perfectly summarized our brand and mission—and so, Fettle was born.
