Jess has been working in the creche since 2020 and knows all there is to know about our lovely creche dogs! 🐾

We really aren’t lying when we say we have limited spaces available on most days..

To continue to provide the highest levels of care and safety to your dogs, we must be strict with our number of ‘dog to staff ratio’.

We beg and plead for you to BOOK YOUR DOG THEIR SPACE IN ADVANCE! 😅

Booking in advance will give us the time to shuffle things ( staff etc ) so we can accommodate everyone on the days that they need.. we hate to say no!!

This doesn’t mean don’t message if you do need that last minute booking, we appreciate that something may come up and you suddenly need the care, we are so grateful you choose us for this and we will do everything we can to accommodate and help, but if you use us regularly - our advice is to spend a little time at the end of each week to look for when you’ll need care for the next - the extra few days can really make the difference.. 🩷🙂

Socialisation for dogs, it’s not just play play play! 🐶

Calmness in creche is our priority.. 😇 Encouraging these calm behaviours, as well as teaching our dogs to settle by themselves, even when there are plenty of toys and distractions, results in much happier & confident dogs! 💫 Practising this calmness puts a stop to the behaviours most commonly caused by overstimulation and anxieties.. 🎉 By teaching the dogs to do this in creche, will not only help them manage better in the environment here, but also help them outside of creche when out and about with their owners! 🐶 Look at our exemplary bunch from today! 🐾It’s a dogs life…🐾 Many people ask us ‘what do you do with them all day to keep the dogs occupied?’ 🧐 And our answer is… Keep them happy! 🥳 We have a variety of games, interactions and care plans that are tailored to your own individual 4 legged friend!🫶🏼 These range from: - Brain Games to make food times more fun! - Agility to keep the brains going! - Little grooming sessions throughout the day! - Simple health checks to make sure your dog is 100% healthy! - Small 1-1 training sessions to help build that bond we have with them! 🎃TRICK OR TREAT?!🎃 Today in crèche the Auntie’s were busy tricking or treating your pooches! 👻 The pups had to work out which hand was holding the treat, or if they were going to get a trick, alongside lots of games of tug, fetch and zoomies! 👻 We think they did a great job! Happy Halloween everyone! 🦇🐾

👻DID SOMEONE SAY SPOOKY?!👻 Today in crèche our dogs were strutting their stuff in their super scary costumes! 🫶🏼🦇 It’s safe to say they totally rocked it! 👏 Who was your favourite?! Is it the scary bat girls, or maybe even one of our lions?! 🦁🦇

Our Monday crew have kick started Howloween week off by doing some of their very best trick’s, for treats, with Auntie Jess.. 👻🎃🧙‍♀️🧡 #halloween #howloween #dogdaycare

Brushing your dog means quality bonding time with them, as well as keeping their skin and fur healthy and shiny! 😍 Some of our dogs actually recognise the brush when we get it out of the draw and quite literally form an orderly queue, ready for their turn! 🥰🩷 ( Ps. Don’t panic! Auntie Lisa doesn’t actually brush this quickly - the clip is sped up! )

🎂HENRI TURNS 1!🎂 Henri has been coming to us since he was just a baby! He has been a bundle of energy since he stepped through our doors, starting the zoomies and tug of war games non stop with all his friends!🤪😆 We wish you a really happy birthday Henri! 🥳

🥳BONKERS BRUNO’S BIRTHDAY🥳 Bruno turned 1 today and celebrated it in style! He shared out his favourite Pawty Rings with all of his friends, with lots of zoomies and sing songs included!🤣 Happy 1st birthday Bruno! 🎂 Does your dog have a birthday coming up? Let us know and book them in for their very own birthday pawty!

And that’s a wrap! Today was the turn of auntie Ellie to show our pooches what game she had created! Ellie had taken a simple toilet roll with newspaper, and created a scent game where the dogs had to find the hidden treat within! Have a lovely weekend everyone! ☺️🐾

Enrichment activity, day 4! Today, auntie Becky introduced her 2 brain games for our pups! Becky has created a game for the smaller crew, which involved them having to work out how to get the treats out from the small cardboard balls! The bigger bunch needed to work out how to open the boxes to get the treats out of those! They loved it!

Introducing St Mary’s Canine Creche

We have re-branded, a whole new company, new name, and wonderful makeover so a whole new Creche! We are St.Mary’s Canine Creche (now part of the award winning Canine Creche model).

We have a massive two play rooms, plus another separate room for temperament testing, two playgrounds, and simply oodles of toys!

We are trained to ensure that your pooches receive the correct level of interaction, care, engagement and we vary everything to suit all dogs, sizes and ages, more sedate games such as brain games for the golden oldies, and some fun agility or action games for those youngsters!

Late afternoon, we all relax into story time, lets dim the lights, chill out and get some zzzzz’s
