Please note

I am only doing short house sits over the summer months. I appreciate this is when most folk go on holiday but my main line of work in the summer is as an Outdoor Activity Instructor and I am not able to do this and house sit. Happy to still do overnight and 1 or 2 day sits

Long house sits are available from late October to March

Live in dog sitting from £45 per day for up to 2 dogs

Live in equine sitting from £70 a day (Live in) £60 a day (Live out)

Domestic cleaning £15 per hour

Solo dog walk £15 per hour

Just to update my plans for 2023.

I will be cutting right back on house sitting and will only be doing weekends and overnight sits during the Spring/ Summer of 2023. This is due to the increased demand for my Outdoor Activity role and the fact that I would have to increase my rates considerably to make ends meet.
Any bookings will in future be subject to a deposit which is something I feel I now need to do.

I am doing no house sitting from October 2022 to March 2023 as hope to have full time work through these months .

I have really enjoyed the past 12 years house sitting but it's now time for that side of my business to take a back seat. As I have said I am still happy to do weekends and overnight sits.

Apart from the odd day I am now fully booked all summer for house sitting. I will be taking a break for the Autumn and Winter to take on a full time job to help with boosting my funds! I hope to be back housitting from March 2023.

I am now fully booked until October. Currently debating whether to continue after the Autumn, cost of living and petrol prices mean I will most likely have to seek ' regular' employment. Not something I had thought I would have to consider.
