We believe that every pet deserves as good a holiday as their owner. But we’re continually working on that and have some long term plans which we hope will vastly improve your pet’s experience of a holiday with us. In the meantime, what we absolutely don’t skimp on is our care. We believe we’re second to none and we look after your pet as if it was one of our own. It’s like being grandparents, we’

re delighted to see them come and happy to hand them back into your care. But while they’re with us, we will provide a food that suits and try everything to settle any upset tummies due to a change in environment; we will sit with the new and the nervous so that they get comfortable around us, all the new and strange noises and smells and the other holidaymakers; and we will keep an eye out for anything that we think needs looking after. If it’s significant, then, like you, we have no hesitation in contacting either our vet or your own but if we can clip nails or apply an ointment or give your dog a bath so that it’s clean & warm we will do that. Our best recommendation is a wagging tail on arrival

I know I'm going to be tired today so I'm writing this on Saturday evening and it's scheduled for the morning! So if you see this before 9am, I'll still be outside, kissing 3 very gorgeous donkeys.

After an arduous bit of painting (that border!!!!, I finally finished this new painting.
Each square is 3mm by 3mm and was, in equal parts, exhausting and meditative to paint. Tough on the eyes and my hand became like a claw by the end of it.
I've scanned it, photographed it, tried everything I can but just can't quite get it to photograph properly because of all the gold. So please excuse the wonky photo and change in light.

Saturday was spent decorating again and my next job is to try and rejuvinate a beautiful Victorian tiled hallway. I've done a test area and am quite excited about it. Even if it will mean hours on my knees scrubbing. It won't be the first time I've spent scrubbing floors but this is an exciting surface and it'll be great if it comes up well.

I really, really hope you like this painting and if you know anyone who loves cats (or mosaic), do please show it to them. Spread the word. You've been so kind doing that lately.
