Today Harry crossed the rainbow bridge, I have had the pleasure of caring for this beautiful gentleman for some years, he was part of Regan's puppyhood, was a role model for pups on how to get the best treats, and was beloved by every single dog who met him, he was a kind soul who looked after puppies and kittens alike, caring for those who needed a gentle touch, a very special boy who will be very much missed 💔 fly high Harry, thank you for all your love ❤️

Last day of the hols, and officially my 30th, Regan and Sydney have had a blast and so have we, busy day ahead, got Kojo to see still, and then back to tormenting all your babies tomorrow 🥰 thank you all for your support and making my 30th the best, as I am able to do what I love with some of the best pups, cats, horses, tortoises, chickens, and other wonderful family members ❤️

Regan has been allowed light 10mins of exercise twice a day since Wednesday and is very happy about that, he is also rather fond of his new therapy bed, he really relaxes during the sessions and then demands longer when it finishes. He can't wait to be able to play with his friends again soon 🤞😄

Got some cuddles in with the baby brother, he tried to keep me in there and gave the best puppy eyes to try to convince me to stay 🥺 but he is comfortable and bright, meaning the next two weeks of solid rest will be hard for him ❤️

Can't wait for Regan to be home, his Op went well, he had a comfortable night and we have had calls to update us that he is looking bright and is a very happy boy, by the sounds of it he is smooching his way through the clinic 😂 his bed is ready, with some new toys waiting for him ❤️

Regan goes in for his ACL surgery Tues, thanknyou to all those who have swapped days about for me, and for everyone's on going patience with this up and down time, we were hoping no surgery would be needed, but due to the limp returning it will be what is best for him long term, so here he is having a pre-op refreshing bath 🧼🛁🐾❤️🤞

5 years without you doesn't seem real, when you were first taken in by someone who was a near stranger to me at the time, I had no idea how special ypu would become to me. My now dear friend, but at the time, my Nans neighbour took in a puppy who had been badly neglected, along with his big sister, a GSD. Things were tough and I got to know you through helping walk your two older siblings. You got to know our Joe, and the connection began. Still I never imagined loosing Joe when we did and you becoming the rock I needed. You came to me, as a friend, and stayed to become my best friend. We worked off the love weight you had gained, worked through your anxiety of the world, and now I think of you every day. When I see Syd, I think of how you made her feel safe and welcome; when I see Regan, I see you patience and compassion. How I wished you could have met Kojo, you would have loved him 🐾

A dear friend, who I have had the privilege and honour of caring for since she was a puppy, along with her older brother, crossed the rainbow bridge Friday to be reunited with her big brother Dougal. Delphine was sassy, always had an opinion, and was the sweetest, funny little girl. She loved Lucky, reluctantly loved Regan (eventually), would always love to ruin her groomers and mums hard work putting her bow in her hair, was an advocate for how good a full body mud treatment is for the paws, and just wanted to play kiss chase with all the boys, her favourite to chase being Bertie.
Fly high Delphine, swim in all the swamps you can find and give the boys my love ❤️💔

Daycare and overnight pup have been having a ball out at Shepherds Rest Dog Retreat this week so they could let off steam while Regan keeps resting, they have loved it and we have loved the peace and quiet after 😂

Sasha learning to read body language, she wanted to invite play but saw the dismissal behaviour of Daisy and so stopped her attempts, Sasha is only a few months old so still a baby learning self control, though she is doing wonderfully (Both Regan and Slinky accepted her invitations during our time here, so she did get to play)

🥳A very special Happy 4th Birthday to Tanky Toots! I thought for a while, this may have been the last birthday you got to celebrate with your friends, thanks to the on-going discussions around the XL Bully ban, and it broke my heart. But thanks to my insurance widening their coverage, no matter what happens, you can stay to celebrate many more with your friends! Let the bubbles be plenty and the cuddles be warm, love you Toots, and so happy to be able to continue caring for you ❤️
