Yes it absolutely is!
No cat is exempt from the new law and the fine is up to £500 🙀

I’m a mobile pet microchip implanter covering Suffolk and Essex.

I have a lifetime of experience working with animals of all kinds - from African Safari (Tembe Elephant Park) to being a Zoo Keeper (RZSS) and breeding my own dogs and cats at home.

I’m a people person too ☺️ I currently work in education with young people with SEND, and have previously worked with elderly, disabled and vulnerable adults. The service I offer is perfect for anyone who may struggle to leave their home for whatever reason.
