2025 DIARY 📔

My new diary has arrived. To give me some flexibility over the year for leave etc, I am opening up my appointments to May initially. If anyone would like to book in there next bunch of appointments, please send me a little message over and I can get you in the diary.

From January I will be reducing the amount of Saturdays that I work so please book in advance if a Saturday is your preferred day.

❗️On Holiday❗️

The Dog House Grooming Salon is away on holiday🏝️ I will be returning to work on Tuesday 30th July. All messages will be responded to on my return.

My next available appointments are the middle of September with not many spaces left. I highly recommend booking your appointments for the remainder of the year to ensure you get a space. It’s roughly only 3 appointments to the end of the year.

❗️Customer Notice - Polices❗️

Over the past few months I have experienced instances such as last minute cancellations, no shows and even late drop off and pick ups. As a small business this has a massive impact on my time and income. As a result of this I am having to put policies in place to prevent this from happening and start becoming more strict. One of the main reasons I didn’t put polices in place to begin with, was, I didn’t want to charge customers money where they haven’t received a service. However, unfortunately this is something I am now going to have to do, so as of effective immediately the policies below will be taking effect.

❗️Cancellation & No Show Policy ❗️
I understand that sometimes appointments have to be cancelled at the last minute but as a small business, I require at least 24 hours notice. This will allow me to advertise the space to refill it. If your appointments are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, full payment of appointment will have to be paid before any future bookings will be made.
After 2 no shows, I will not be re-booking you back in.

❗️Late Drop Off & Pick Ups Policy ❗️
By advertising as a 1-1 groomer I only allow dogs from the same household to be in my groom hut at the one time. I understand in some instances this might not always be the case and I do have a cage that I could use in case of emergencies however it’s not something I ever have to use. I operate on a tight schedule to try and prevent this. So if you are late dropping off or picking up, this has a knock-on effect for the rest of the day and I run the risk of my customers overlapping. With this in mind, please try to be as punctual as possible.
I will notify customers if they wish to come a little earlier, if I am running ahead.
Going forward I will give my customers a time to come back and collect their dog. I will however get in contact with you if we need more time.
Please do not arrive five minutes before your scheduled drop-off or pick-up time unless notified otherwise.
If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled drop off time, the appointment may be cancelled, and full payment will be required before rebooking.
If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled pick-up time, there will be a fee of £5 for every 15 minutes you are late.

❗️Deposit Policy❗️
All new customers will require to pay a NON REFUNDABLE deposit for each dog. If the appointment requires to be rescheduled, with plenty of notice the deposit can be carried forward to another appointment.

Good evening all. Due to being so busy recently I have been quiet on fb and not getting the chance to post much. I will make more of an effort and get some pictures up of your fur babies looking their best going forward🤍

❗️Customer Appointments - June & July are now fully booked. Next appointments are in August❗️

My diary is open for the remainder of the year with a lot of my regulars already booking up until Christmas. If anyone would like to book their next couple of appointments to guarantee a space please get in touch. My diary is booking 7-8 weeks in advance. I have been trying to leave space to accommodate customers re-booking back in, this however is becoming difficult due to the influx of requests for appointments and me not being able to say I’m full🤣 I would therefore advise to book ahead❤️
