Not dog related but I just really wanted to get this out there!

Two of my favourite people have joined forces to put together this amazing workshop. Kirsty at Flùrag Floral Design and Bekah IonadThròndairnis have worked so hard to put this workshop together. Honestly it’s not to be missed!

So if you’re at a loose end this Saturday the 15th and as sick of this summer weather as I am🌧️ what better way to spend a couple of hours of your otherwise very boring day😉

Good craic guaranteed! These girls are sure to keep you entertained with their chat, tea, coffee biscuits and all knowledge of flowers and Gaelic.

Ionad Thròndairnis and Flùrag Floral Design are going to be running some summer dried wreath workshops together on Saturday the 15th of June. We will be offering two workshops, one through Gaelic medium at 11am (all levels of Gaelic warmly welcomed) and one in English at 3pm. Each workshop will last about two hours. They will cost £35 per person and there are only 20 spaces available.

I’m officially on my long month of lambing duties now🐑 as most of you know during this time I’m on reduced dog shed hours (fully booked now until the summer) and a bit more sporadic than usual at my replying but I will get back to you when I get a spare moment!

Well! That’s a wrap for this year and I even managed to get my own two ready for Santa Paws himself🎅🏼🐾

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to everyone that’s supported me and my wee business for yet another year, it honestly means the world to be able to do a job that I love day in and day out and it just wouldn’t be possible without all my lovely clients old and new💕
Also thank you to everyone that has given me cards and gifts this past month, you’re all too kind, I’ve been spoilt!

Really looking forward to another year of wonderful clients, but for the next couple of weeks I’ll be enjoying the festivities with family and friends and I cannot wait! 🥰

I’ve been trying to hold off on this for as long as possible but unfortunately now due to the rising cost of living, running costs of my business, salon products and tool maintenance, my prices will be going up effective from the 1st of September 2023.

I truly value the loyalty and trust of all my customers and as a small business I always strive to provide your dogs with exceptional quality 1 to 1 service, catering to each dogs individual needs.

This change will enable me to maintain the high standards, continued use of quality products and personalised attention that each dog deserves.

As always, each dogs price will depend on coat condition and how long each individual appointment takes.

Hello👋🏻 a few pupdates for you all🐾

A lot of you will have seen now that I’m finally in my wee shed, which has been a real game changer for me, it’s been amazing.
Those of you that havnt seen it yet, I can’t wait to show you!

To my regulars, my next available appointments are now into July and even those dates are filling up. If you know you’ll be needing an appointment for then, send me a message to avoid disappointment.

Such sad news 💔 Paul did so much for the doggy world🐾

Battersea joins the nation in mourning the loss of Paul O’Grady - an entertainment legend and much-loved Ambassador to our charity. We’d like to extend our deepest sympathies to Paul’s family and friends. To millions Paul O’Grady is the popular TV and radio presenter and comedian who lit up their screens with his razor-sharp humour and perpetual generosity and warmth. Battersea will forever remember Paul as a devoted animal lover with the biggest heart, who fell in love with every dog he met at our centres. Paul will always be associated with Battersea, and we are truly saddened to have lost such a true friend and huge part of our charity.

First week back and it’s been a busy one and certainly not over yet! 😄

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year! I certainly did, but I have to say it’s good to get back to the grind💪🏼

I’ve had a lot of enquiries over the holidays and I am working my way through them. I’ll get back to you all by the weekend.

Soggy season is here!💦
(Did it ever leave?!🤨)
So please remember to check your doggies feet regularly, especially after wet muddy/sandy walks!
Unfortunately I’m finding more and more of these horrible bad boys in your doggies pads😣
Solid matts form when wet muddy grit or sand dries between the paws, so it’s so important you wipe down your dogs feet after these wet walks.

These hard lumps can be extremely painful for your dog, imagine walking with big stones in your shoes all day every day?! Ouch!

Hello! I’ve been very quiet on here, I’ve been so busy making your pooches look beautiful that I’ve been neglecting the socials (and the photo taking!!) oops!🤪🐶

Just a wee update to say that I’m not taking on new clients at the moment and I have no more appointments available this year.

Back to the grind with a couple of updates!

I had a wonderful couple of weeks off and even got the chance to see that rare thing we call sun!☀️

I am officially back and batteries recharged and there is nothing quite like a puppy groom to break myself in!

My September bookings are filling up, so if any of my regular clients who haven’t already booked up for the rest of the year and plan to, please do so now to avoid disappointment.

Also recently I’ve had a lot of missed appointments due to people either forgetting or people cancelling last minute. So can you please double check when your next appointment is, if your not sure then please just send me a message to confirm.
I completely understand that things turn up, but If you do need to cancel I require at least 48hrs notice, otherwise I may have to charge the full grooming fee. I’m a small business and these missed appointments can be given to other people.
