Honesty has always been my best policy in my business, so I shall continue to the end.

The Kutting Kennel will close on the 17th March. I have been offered a permanent salaried position yesterday (yes, back behind a desk for me).

I'm sorry for the short notice. I did try to negotiate a later start date to manage everyone's expectations. However, this is out of my control.

I feel awful for letting everyone down who is currently booked in. There is no right or wrong way to do this.

I cannot thank you all enough for making my business the overwhelming success it has become over the past 5/6 years.

I will miss each and everyone of you and more so you're pooches.

I have just received notification this morning that I will be going into hospital on 2nd Feb for a operation. All appointments will be cancelled for 3 weeks from 2nd Feb. I will adjust everyone's bookings accordingly. I will be in touch with you if you're booked in

Groomed this gorgeous boy from being a puppy he is now off to be a fully qualified hearing assistance dog and has passed with flying colours. Such a lovely lad im sure he will be amazing with his new family but I will miss you Murphy ❤️

I'm fully booked up now until 5th September only limited spaces left that week. Please 🙏 plan ahead. If you wish to re-schedule you're appointment be mindfull that I will not beable to slot you straight back in.

Afternoon my lovelies

I'm currently fully booked up now until the beginning of June with only a handful of available slots week commencing 6th June.

I also have a growing list on cancellation of people wanting appointments. If you would like a future appointment I would now ask if you could get booked in ASAP as this date will continuously get pushed back. I'm sorry that I cannot get people booked in immediately but I'm now at max levels and have no wriggle room at all. You're patience and understanding would be greatly appreciated 😊 Sam

As many of you already know The Kutting Kennel won Best Pet Grooming Business for 2021 for Tyne & Wear. I am now a regional finalist for England's Business award which is taking place at the end of this month. Nominations are still open and will still be included. No easy way to say this so I will just go for it 😔 the doctors have now signed me off unfit for work. I will have to cancel all appointments as its just not fair on any of you who are waiting on me to groom your dogs. I cannot give you a date that when the COVID will go only thing I can say is to keep an eye on this page and as soon as my breathing returns to normal I will let everyone know.

I'm trying to hit as many people as I can. I've tested positive for COVID-19 and have to self isolate again until 22nd. I'm not too good at the moment and would ask if you could give me time to fight this off and I will be in touch ASAP with new appointments. Thanks Sam

Just to let everyone no im currently in isolation for 10 days which will end on 18th as my son has tested positive for COVID. I hoping I don't get it and will be back open from the 19th however this will have a knock on, on everyone's appointments. The 10 days where I have had to cancel will take priority and I will work my way through so you will probably be a week or so later than what you were originally booked in for. If you no longer require your appointment please let me know. Sam
