These guys are a gorgeous little species of millipede that only get up to 4 inches in length. They primarily feed on their substrate (a mix of topsoil, rotten white wood and leaf litter) but enjoy a veg snack of cucumber or something similar once a week along with some protein in the form of fish flake.
As you can see we also have a thriving colony of springtails in our millipede enclosure and they are the clean up crew, taking care of any excess food and mould (but always make sure to help them out and remove most of the excess food!)

Glass bloodfin Tetras.
These transparent tetras are from south America and can grow up to 6cm. They are peaceful top dwellers that should be kept in shoals of 5+
These gorgeous fish can live up to a whopping 10 years in captivity and are a great choice for beginners.
