🎄A Couple Things🎄
🌟Lateness- We are back to back with grooms until the 23rd so please try be on time as if you’re over 10 minutes late we won’t be able to complete a full groom but you will still be charged.
🌟Pick up- As it’s a busy time of year for us, this will be a busy wee shop. We always send a collection text 20 minutes prior to finishing a groom so we ask that dogs are collected at a reasonable time after or charges may apply as it inconveniences us having extra dogs here.
🌟Matting- if your dog is matted beyond a point it can easily sorted, a short haircut is all we can offer or a bath and it’s worked on at home as we put welfare above aesthetics.
