Just a reminder that all NO SHOWS are to be paid in full, I don't think this is unreasonable atall. This is my income and what pays my bills, i shouldnt be losing out on money by people not turning up or getting the times wrong.

APPOINTMENTS

I am now fully booked until the 9th July ✂️ to save any disappointment I strongly advise booking appointments in advance 📖 block booking is recommended. I also have a large cancellation list.

PAYMENT

I accept cash or bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer this needs to be done at time of collection or before leaving with your dog after their groom 🛁

NO SHOW/LATENESS/ CANCELLATIONS

If you arrive more than 15minutes late for appointment I will not be able to carry out a full groom but you will still be charged full groom price. When collecting your dog, if you are more than 15
mins late £5 will be charged. This affects my next appointment and I cannot be holding onto dogs.
Any no shows will need to pay the full groom charge before I can book your dog in again. I understand emergencies happen and I am very understanding so please just let me know if you are unable to attend appointment.
Cancellations that are made less that 48hrs prior to appointment will be charged 50% of the groom price

🐾 Just to make you all aware I am almost at full capacity and only have a handful of spaces for new clients 📙

🐾 There has been a small price increase to grooms, Also extra matting fee charges, any questions, please just ask 🙂

🐾 I strongly advise booking appointments in advance to save any disappointment and your dog missing grooms.

🐾 Sorry for the lack of pictures, been so busy that iv not had time or forget to take 🙈, I will get some up soon.
