MEGAN SULLIVAN VETERINARY PHYSIOTHERAPY IS NOW A LEVEL 7 MSc Veterinary Physiotherapist

Today I found out that I have now achieved a Master of Science Degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy 👩‍🎓

Tears, sweat, late nights, multiple cups of tea, chocolate and lots of hugs from my furry friends have got me through.

Thank you to my amazing family, friends, clients, colleagues and tutors who have all contributed to this. (You know who you are)

Here I am celebrating with Roody and Scoop today (Roody being good as gold and having to bribe the chihuahua) 🤣🍾 Bring on the next challenge 🐶🐴❤️

Katie had a snooze in her physio session today. She attends physio to help with her arthritic joints and we have created her a tailored exercise programme to help build/maintain her muscle mass. 💪

Katie is such a special girl as she is a retired guide dog. Her owners are doing a great job, ensuring she is enjoying her retirement 🥰

My membership for the National Association of Veterinary Physiotherapists (NAVP) has been approved for this year.

Being a member of NAVP means that:

🐶 I am qualified with an accredited degree; PgDip Veterinary Physiotherapy, soon to be MSc
🐴 I am fully insured
🐶 I am up to date with current techniques and the latest research by completing continued professional development (CPD) hours every year
🐴 I follow a strict code of conduct

All of the above means that when it comes to treating your horses and dogs, I will provide a professional, reliable and specialist service. 🤍

⭐️ POLL TENSION RELEASE ⭐️

Look at this lovely lady’s face after her poll release yesterday. She had a doze off 💤 and was clearly enjoying the release through lots of licking, chewing and yawning.

Horse’s can carry a lot of tension around their poll and this can affect their performance when being ridden, but also can make them uncomfortable in general.

As Veterinary Physiotherapists, we can release the tension and help them become more comfortable day to day and during their work. ❤️
