Following on from our email dated 01 October sent to all regular customers and customers with future bookings, we will no longer be offering home boarding or doggy daycare within our home from 01 March 2024. We thank you all sincerely for trusting us with your dogs. I will try and have a picture catch up before we close! 🐶🐾🐾

2024... Is fast approaching! And our diary is open and filling up very quickly.

As you know there is only myself and Will (and occasionally my Dad), so we cannot be open 365 days a year. We do have a number of personal commitments next year which means there are additional weekend days we won't be open. I would suggest reaching out as soon as you know you you need care for your dog(s) to check our availability.

As it stands, we are almost fully booked for June and September availability is extremely reduced.

We are looking forward to another busy year! 🐕🐶🐾🐾

This week's priority has been keeping cool 😎

All of our walks have incorporated a river, we've got splash pools and splash toys, cooling mats and we've had doggy ice lollies 🍭

We met the very gorgeous Murphy who came for his trial this week!

And last night we finished the day with a film night - Marley and Me - which all the doggies (especially Maggie) very much enjoyed! 🤣

**Opening Hours and price increase**

We hope you're all enjoying the sunshine! 😊☀️

PRICING
As of 01 July 2023, our prices will be increasing as follows:

Overnight home boarding - Increasing by £3.00 per dog, there will be no increase for a second dog from the same family.

Daycare - Increasing by £1.50 per dog, again there will be no increase for a second dog from the same family.

All bookings already in the diary for 2023 will be honoured at our old rate. All new bookings will be charged at our new rate. 😊🐾🐾

OPENING HOURS
We have always advertised our weekend opening hours as 10.00am-16.00pm, however we have never really enforced this.

Going forwards, our weekend opening hours will now be 09.00am-16.00pm.

Our weekday opening hours are 08.00am-18.00pm.

Unfortunately, due to a number of dogs still being collected late, we will now be charging £10 per hour if your dog is not collected by our closing times, and this has not been agreed upon in advance.

As always, please do try to let us know an estimated collection//arrival time so that we aren't out for walkies! 🐕

We like to think of ourselves as being very laid back, and as much as we love caring for your dogs, we do need to make these changes.

The coming summer months are very busy, and unfortunately, with the exception of those with trials and meets and greets booked in, we won't be taking on any new doggies until at least September.

We do have a small amount of space in June to trial new doggies for September bookings onwards.

We do have some limited availability over the next four months, but we will be reserving these spaces for any last minute/urgent care for our regular, or repeat doggies.

I've caught up on all messages and emails and returned phone calls this morning, so apologies for the delay whilst I've had some time off.

We finished the last day of our holidays with a 'pug meet'! 😁

I hope everyone is having a great weekend! 🐶

Our new mobile number is ** 07395257680 **.
I have updated our website and page this morning, and all messages to regular customers will now come from this number. This is a 'business' phone, and messages will be replied to within our opening hours. You will receive an 'out of office' reply when I am closed or on holiday, and messages will be replied to on my return! 😊

It's been a super busy couple of months, which is amazing and we are grateful for all of your continued business, but it's safe to say I need to take more time off!

Going forwards, we will now be closing a minimum of one weekend per month, ideally two where possible (with exception of the summer months and school holidays where this is just not possible).

We also have a wedding to plan, so some weekends off are required..... 😁💍
