Good morning! Polite notice! Firstly I want to say I know this is only a handful of people and most of my pup parents are the absolute best at keeping me upto date with their dogs,

Unfortunately over the last 2 weeks I have lost almost £300 from missed appointments and last minute cancellations. I have had late arrivals I have had to squeeze in and rush. As well as dogs waiting to be collected almost 3 hour's after they have been due to be collected.

Now I am understanding, and I do my best to be flexible and as a parent I know missing appointments are not always in your control, and I have had to change appointments due to illness. However as a parent and a business owner I do have to provide and I have bills to pay, so I am going to need to be firmer with the no shows and late cancellations in order to protect my income., or I will need to start taking deposits, this is not something I want to do as it will put more pressure on my clients and add more work for myself. Especially with christmas coming up.

CHRISTMAS PLEASE READ IF YOU BOOKED OR BOOKING CHRISTMAS GROOMS⚠️

Hi everyone, a couple of things to quickly note. Unfortunately Caroline has an operation scheduled for the 11th of December and will be off for several weeks. This means I will be taking on dogs that are already scheduled for Caroline in December and January. If you are booked in with Caroline or have multiple dogs I may be contacting to adjust the time so I can fit everyone in smoothly. And if you have a Christmas groom booked you will still get it before Christmas.
This also means my spaces are now limited. And the Mobile van will not be operating over christmas unfortunately .
If you know you will need a groom before Christmas please contact me sooner rather than later because I expect December will be full before we get there.

Urgent need of wet food and puppy pads for this litter of puppies. You can use the salon as a drop off point for donations for this litter from Lainys rescue.

We continue to be a drop off point for Dogz Dinner MH C.I.C and wellidog also, who also greatly appreciate all of your donations as always. ❤️

Thank you to my amazing clients that are always going out of their way to spare food, treats and toys to all the local pet organizations we try to support.

We’re running low on pretty much everything to be honest! To save the rescue using money to buy supplies… could you possibly consider buying food or p*e pads?
…we’d ideally prefer to use that money in the bank, for all the upcoming vet fees we have for this bundle 🫶🏻
