Recently we built a removeable 2 up 1 down with escape doors for a Ford Transit Connect crew cab. Each door comes fitted with a compression latch. The cage comes with heska plus floor fitted to the lower and upper decks. The cages were powder coated in anthracite grey. This system was built to the customers requirements.

Our most recent build 🐾

A 2 up 2 down with escape doors to the rear, a drop down jump board to fit to the tow bar with a bed extension to the front with a storage box underneath fitted into a Ford Transit Custom. We fitted a heska plus floor. We fitted poly finesse to the barn doors and in the dog area. The van was double insulated throughout the roof and the walls and doors of the van. We trimmed the steel work and the roof panel of the van. We fitted a leisure battery, a smart split charge system, USB port, 12v port and 6 LED lights. We fitted a sliding window to the side loading door.

Each door is fitted with a compression latch. The cages were finished off with anthracite grey powder coat.

A 2 cage system with escape doors and a bed extension in a Ford Transit Custom. The bed extension can also be used as a seat. Each cage door comes fitted with a compression latch. The cages were finished off with a red powder coat.

We recently built a 3 cage system on the floor with a bed over the double cage into a Ford Transit Custom. On one side loading door was a side guard with 1 door, with a gap in so the customer can use their van door whilst inside the van. On the other side loading door was a mesh panel. We fitted a heska plus floor, wheel arch covers and curtains to each window. The cab also had a curtain fitted. We also fitted 2x leisure batteries with a split charge system. Each cage door is fitted with a compression latch. The cages were finished off with a purple powder coat.
