We recently built a 3 cage system on the floor with a bed over the double cage into a Ford Transit Custom. On one side loading door was a side guard with 1 door, with a gap in so the customer can use their van door whilst inside the van. On the other side loading door was a mesh panel. We fitted a heska plus floor, wheel arch covers and curtains to each window. The cab also had a curtain fitted. We also fitted 2x leisure batteries with a split charge system. Each cage door is fitted with a compression latch. The cages were finished off with a purple powder coat.

This cage system was built to the customers requirements.

Another happy customer 😁

Thanks to all at Top Dog Custom Cages for their ingenious slide in/out custom made tailgate and dog guard, using all the boot space for the dogs. They really listened to what we needed and came up with a perfect solution for our BMW 3 Touring (estate car). Very pleased with the service and quality, highly recommend.

We recently built a 2 cage system with a bed over and escape doors to the rear of a Ford Transit Custom. Powder coated in light grey. Each door comes fitted with a compression latch. We also carpet lined and insulated all the side panels, door panels and the roof panel. The side panels to the rear of the van were half carpet lined and half poly finesse. We also carpet lined their bulkhead. We supplied and fitted a leisure battery and split charge system. We built a box around the battery to protect it. The customer wanted LED lights in their cages and in their roof panel.

A recently completed job for a Vauxhall Combo. We built a 2 up 2 down with escape doors to the rear of the van. We built a 2 cage system to the front of the van, which had an escape door in the divider. We added a lip around the edge of the front 2 cages to help prevent sliding round of any equipment. The cages were finished off with an anthracite grey powder coating. We fitted a heska plus floor, poly finesse and insulation to the sides and the roof of the van. We then modified the bulkhead to allow air flow. We supplied and fitted a flettner vent to the roof of the van to help with the circulation of air. To finish the look we then fitted some LED Lights. This system was built to the customers requirements.

A recently completed job on a Transit Mk7 for a returning customer. The van came to us as previously campered out van. Customer required cages and the electrics to the front tidying up. We built and installed a 4 cage system with offset top cages. To the rear we added another single crate incorporating all of the van electrics (boxed in and safe). Above this is a bed area. We added a small mesh panel behind the seats and a side guard. Cages are fitted with escape doors and all steel work is finished in Anthracite Grey Powder Coat.

All crates are custom made to your specification and needs.

!!!!! SOLD !!!!!

Refurbished 2 up 2 down with escape doors to fit a Transit Custom SWB. It has been powder coated this week in an antique black finish and has had all new compression latches fitted to the doors. Will come with a half mesh bulkhead in Satin black to match original bulkhead and all new fixing bolts. Please note this is designed to fit to a wooden floor.

Bottom crates measure: 1150mm deep and 680 wide (to inside of wheel arch) and 765mm high each.
Top crates 1150 deep and 800 wide by 620 high.
All sizes are approximate. The top deck on one side is showing signs of wear.

Please note this is a secondhand set of crates that have been refurbished.

We have recently built a 2 up 2 down to the rear with escape doors, with a 1 up 1 down to the front, a side guard with 1 door to the side loading door. We fitted a heska plus floor, poly finesse and insulation to the sides of their van, and a roof panel with insulation. The customer wanted their cages to be powder coated to match their logo's on their van. Each door has a locking compression latch.

This system was built to the customers requirements in a Citroen Berlingo.

We have recently built a 2 up 2 down with escape doors, a pull out jump board with a single cage to the front. The bottom right cage in the 2 up 2 down was extended as per the customers requirements. We fitted a heska plus floor, poly finesse and insulation to the sides of their van, a roof panel and insulation and LED lights. To the rear, we made some small aluminum panels to cover up the holes in the rear aperture of the van. The cages are finished off with anthracite grey powder coating. Each door has a looking compression latch. This system was built to the customers requirements in a new shape VW Caddy.

We have recently built a 2 cage system with escape doors and a single cage to the front with an escape door. The customer wanted some storage above her cage to fit small boxes on. We also added some lead hooks. We fitted a heska plus floor, which the cages are fitted too. The cages are finished off with anthracite grey powder coating. Each door has a locking compression latch fitted. This system was built to the customers requirements in a Citroen Berlingo.

We recently built a 2 up 2 down to the rear with a bed extension frame to the front. The door next to the bed frame opens, allowing the customer to sleep through the cage. The cages are finished off with a coloured powder coat. Each door has a locking compression latch fitted to it. The cages were fitted to the customers original floor. This system was built to the customers requirements in a Ford Transit High Top.

We built a 2 up 2 down to the rear with a 2 up 1 down to the front. The cages are coated in a purple powder coat finish with locking compression latches in each door. We also fitted rubber matting to the customers original flooring. This is all built to the customer requirements in a Vauxhall Vivaro.

Customers VW Caddy that we recently fitted out. Specifications are Heksa plus floor with three cages that are fully removable. We added a drop down jump board and a bed extension with storage under. A 2 up 2 down with a 1 up 1 down to the front and a side guard. All finished in a purple powder coat finish with locking compression latches all round. A heksa plus floor was fitted along with a bumper protector and 2 flettner vents. All built custom to the customer requirements in a new Vauxhall Combo.

Totally T4........one of last week's jobs in a VW T4. Another truly custom cage by the team at Top Dog. 2 crates with bed over and side seat. A side guard on the side loading door in a pink powder coat. There is a bed extension which has not been photographed. Customer loved the conversion. From this ...............to this. A recent conversion for a Dog Handler client of ours. We utilised as much of the original parts as possible but added new flooring and a new cage/bed set up. We created storage space and fitted new crate fans in the side of the van along with new LED lighting.
