It’s the weekend! Time for a much deserved rest… for you guys! We’re off to the International Grooming Conference 2026 at the to further our education and bring fresh new ideas back to the salon. Replied will be slow for the next day or two. Please bear with us 💚

Just a quick update to keep everyone in the loop — we’re a little behind on admin at the moment after a super busy few days pampering all your gorgeous pups and attending a champion dog show! We’re spending this morning catching up on messages, appointment confirmations, and any outstanding enquiries, so if you’re waiting to hear from us, you’ll get a reply very soon. If not, please do drop us another message as we may have missed you. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding — we truly appreciate it!

Another little heads up too — we’re changing to a new booking system tomorrow to make scheduling and reminders even smoother for everyone. You might notice an extra message or notification from a new service as we make the switch, but don’t worry — it’s still us, just getting everything updated behind the scenes.

One last quick reminder… it’s the lead up to Christmas 🎄 which means appointments are filling up fast! If you’d like your pup looking their best for Santa Paws, please get in touch as soon as possible to secure your spot.

🐩 It’s National Poodle Day 🐩

We couldn’t not celebrate our very own superstar, Norman! From his first competition trim to his most fabulous new Asian fusion styles, Norman’s grooming journey has been a labour of love (and a lot of fluff!).

A huge thank you to everyone who’s been part of his ever-evolving look — from fellow groomers and mentors to all of you who cheer him on. Here’s to the poodles who keep us inspired, stylish, and just a little bit sassy every day.

Our trip to Dogs Edition Live! Its reminded me of something so important: grooming isn’t just my career—it’s my passion 🫶

When the salon lights go off, I’m still learning, practicing, and finding new ways to bring out the best in every pup. Because for me, grooming isn’t just about a haircut—it’s about love, care, and making dogs feel their happiest and most confident.

I’m so grateful I get to do what I love every single day. Thank you for trusting me with your furry family members—it means the world!
