Happy New Year to all of our wonderful clients — old friends and new! As we step into a brand-new year, we can’t help but reflect on what an incredible year the last one has been. From welcoming so many new faces and tiny puppies into the salon, to continuing to care for our much-loved regulars who feel like family, we are so grateful for every single one of you.
We’ve celebrated first grooms, watched puppies grow, and shared so many happy moments… and we’ve also said goodbye to some very special oldies. It never gets easier, but we’re honoured to have been part of their lives and to have cared for them right to the end.
Both Jessica at Pooch and myself have progressed personally and professionally, by continuing to go to educational events, seminars and competitions. Jessica managed to bag 3rd in her first ever competition! Norman and I have had an exciting year, with help along the way from some incredible groomers including Christine Anderson, Jo Silk-Smith, Holly Mills and Georgina Sweet. We’ve been to Crufts, Scotland and a few other places for work. I’ve started my showing career, and began specialising in English Cocker Spaniels (show type) along with my fantastic new friend at Torton Paws. Not to mention winning “Best Pet Groomer in Worcestershire” 2025!
