Maisie came for her first groom with me, she is such a loving well behaved girl with the most beautiful temperament. She had the full works and is now ready for the arrival of her new baby brother/sister 👶🏼.

Tails On Trails are delighted to announce that we have recently welcomed a new staff member (Emily). She will be working Wednesdays every week, woohoo! She is DBS checked, insured and passionate about pooches (and other animals too) 🥰

This means that we now have more space for new furry faces! Especially on Wednesdays!

Introducing... BUDDY WALKS!

What are "Buddy Walks"?

Buddy Walks are smaller than group/pack walks. No more than TWO dogs will be walked during the allocated time slot.

WHY CHOOSE BUDDY WALKS?

🐾 Builds confidence in the shy and nervous dogs, without the stress and worry of a large group. Having a confident Buddy and handler will be beneficial.

🐾 Allows us to build our bond with your dog whilst reading their behaviours.

🐾 Ideal for elderly or small dogs who just want a Buddy to stroll with, sensible energy, that personalised service.

🐾 Abides with local council regulations

🐾 Your dog will have a playmate!

🐾 We can safely transport your dog to/from locations

🐾 On Lead or well trained Off Lead dogs are welcome

What a charming young boy with lots of love to give, he loved dishing out the kisses while having his groom. Dexter was amazing to groom he enjoying the shampoo massage which worked lovely with his coat type, left him all smooth and smelling amazing

Meet Henry 🖤

Henry is only a baby at 10months old, he came in for his first ever groom and he was an absolute star. We started off slow so he wasn’t over whelmed and he took it so well I managed to trim up some of his wispy bits.
Such an adorable boy with so much love to give. He definitely charmed the hell out of me.

No amount of words would ever describe how sweet this beautiful dog is, he charmed the hell out of me from the moment I seen him. He was a star from start to finish while having his groom so I showered him with treats.

Frank came in for a full groom, he’s a shy little boy so letting him have a run round the salon smelling all the equipment is essential for making him more at ease, he was so brave and by the end of his groom he showered me with kisses so I’ll take that as a win.

Hi guys, it’s coming up to 10 weeks Iv been open and just reflecting on the journey so far and feel I need to express how grateful I am for everyone’s continued support. Even people who don’t have dogs engaging with my posts thank you so much, it doesn’t go unnoticed.
I’ll forever be humbled by peoples kindness.
I’m super lucky to have meet some great people and even greater animals, they’re funny little characters really do brighten my day.

I saw a saying ‘everybody thinks they have the best dog in the world, and none of them are wrong’
And it couldn’t be truer, the love I’ve seen between the dogs and owners it’s truly heart warming.

So a massive Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Evie is a elderly girl but don’t under estimate her, after her full groom she was booming around the salon like a puppy. She new how to work me by getting a treat and she deserved ever single 1 of them.
The shampoo and conditioner combination worked lovely on her coat, she bombed out the door looking and feeling silky smooth

These adorable elderly brothers was quite the gentlemen, their owners wanted their trade mark eyebrows and beard short so it’s more manageable and hygienic so that’s exactly what we did. They are the most gentle boys who have a lot of love to give.

Meet Peggy and Bella 🖤

This mother and daughter duo are the sweetest, all they wanted to do was crawl on my lap for cuddles. They was so patient while waiting their turns to be washed, dried and cut having a little naps in between. The peanut butter was a hit with these 2 so they had their fair share for being the best girls.

Ted was the best behaved for his full groom, this young beautiful boy is only 1 years old and was an absolute dream to groom. His owner wanted his coat nice and short ready for summer. He’s such a loving boy I got showered in kisses so he got showered with gravy bones.
