POLITE CUSTOMER NOTICE

Please be on time to drop off and pick up for your dog’s appointments, we have a 15 minute waiting time if you are to drop off after this we are permitted to refuse a groom.

When it comes to picking up your dog we stress the importance of being on time for collection, we do also have a late fee which will be charged if it needs to be. Being late to either drop off or pick up can seriously affect our day and we ask if everyone can try their best to be on time so we can stay on track with our day also.

Our star of the month for March is our beautiful Belle😍 this gorgeous girl is an absolute angel, such a gentle girl who has the best little smile🥹🐾 a very deserving star for this past month⭐️

Next up we have our honourable mentions, starting with our fabulous 4 pups who had their puppy grooms and just smashed their first visits with us🐶 Herbie the Boxer, Monty the dachshund, Daisy the Collie and Bane the Rottweiler🥰🐾 all such cuties who we can’t wait to have back in❤️

Never forgetting our sassy sisters, Mabel and Miffy who came to visit for a groom and won us all over with their waggy tails and lovely kisses🥹 such a lovely little pair🐾

Never forgetting our big floofy girl Bella😍 we couldn’t miss out on this girl, one of our regulars who we just love having in, another happy pup with the most wonderful owners too🥰❤️

Last but never least is our beautiful girl Alani🐾 we see gorgeous Alani most days in our managers office, cuddling her toys or asking politely for some of our lunch, but this past month we had the pleasure of bathing her and making her smell and feel fabulous😍🐶 a true highlight for us❤️
