🎅Last call for Festive Fun!🎅 School is (almost) out for Christmas holidays and this Friday, Saturday and Sunday (20-22 December) is the LAST WEEKEND of opening for the 2024 season - and your last chance to visit Santa in our magical grotto before he heads back to the North Pole ahead of the big day! 🤩 Open from 10am, you can visit Santa and his elves and receive a lovely gift from the main man. And there'll be plenty of mulled wine and mince pies for the adults to enjoy too, (no booking is required)! As well as all our usual all-weather Folly fun with our zoo, barn, fair and play areas - we'll also have our walk in Snow-Globe where you can meet our Ice Queen and Snow Princess, join in the gingerbread prize trails, decorate a gingerbread man, enjoy our Santa's Sleigh VR experience and photo op areas, grab a glitter tattoo and look out for Meep the Sheep. You don't want to miss out on all this festive fun! We're likely to be pretty busy tomorrow (Sat. 14 December), so the elves will be opening Santa's Grotto from 9.30am to allow for as many guests as possible! 🎅🎅🎅 The rest of the park (and our usual fun and festive extras) will be open from 10am as per usual. No booking required, just turn up as and when you're ready to meet the main man. Fun fact about fruit bats… 🦇 When they ‘eat’ the fruit, they actually just chew the juices out of it and then spit all of the pulp on the floor. 🍇 😯 Their nose has a ridge between the nostrils, so when they're chewing extra juicy fruit (upside down, as bats do), the juices run between the nostrils rather than in through them - to avoid them drowning. #funfacts #bats #didyouknow
