I hate to have to write this but people not Turning up to the appointment is not acceptable as I loose an income and cannot fill the slot.

If you no show you will not be given another appointment until the full price off the missed appointment is paid in full . Any cancellation less than 24hr will be charged half price of the groom as these are extremely difficult to fill with such short notice .

I hate that it has come to this as I have a lot of great clients and I am forever grateful for

Due to weather getting warmer I have decided to open that salons earlier and close them earlier , this is so it’s not to hot for your pups .

With that said there maybe days we still have to close salon if it does get to hot ; as it is easy for the salons to get overheated even with the doors open and the fan systems on it’s still not enough to keep your dogs cool .
This is for all your dogs safety which always comes first and appointments will be moved to a different day.

Your dogs health is our main priority so, please be understanding with any decision we have to make .
