Hi guys I'm sorry to have to do this but I now have to put in place a 48hr cancellation policy as I've had so many cancellations over the past week or so 😭 this is my lively hood I'm afraid so if your appointment is cancelled after the 48hour window you will be required to pay half of your appointment price or I won't be giving this person another appointment until it is paid
I hate to have to do this and I get that things happen and with covid especially it can be hard but as alot of people know self employed people if we don't work unfortunately we don't get paid

This is why it is great to get them in as early as possible as wee teddy wasn’t too keen on getting his eyes trimmed and he has been done twice now and I see a big difference in him 👌 he’s just the cutest 😍
