Hello wonderful people!

It is coming to the end of an incredibly busy year for us, and we have you all to thank for that! That being said, we are coming up on 10 years running this business and, as with any business, we are looking at better ways to streamline admin so we can make our lives easier while at the same time create more opportunity to provide the animal care and attention that you have come to expect from us.

That is why we are announcing that from December 1st, 2024, we are changing our booking process. We have obtained a very shiny, professional (and expensive!) booking program that we hope will tick all of the boxes and create a hassle free booking experience for both ourselves and all of you. This means that while we will still use Facebook to post pictures of your furry family members, we will unfortunately no longer be using the Facebook Messenger system for booking purposes (it will still be available for contact in case of emergencies). We will instead be utilizing email, linked through this new program, to communicate all bookings, as well as any changes to vaccination details, new pet acquisitions, etc.

So, if you already use email to communicate with us, then you should already be linked into the system! This means that all you have to do is click on the link below, enter your email, and create a password. Then you will be able to request new bookings, add contact details, and more. If you communicate via Messenger only, we have added a Contact Us button that will link you directly with the Kennel Booking software.

It should be noted that we will obviously still be available over the phone and general email if anyone has any specific questions or chooses not to utilise the booking request program themselves, however this means that ideally most of the admin on the whole will be made much easier for everyone! In addition to the "Request Booking" link that we will be adding to our Website and page, I am also working on a FAQ page for our website, which will hopefully answer any questions regarding the new booking process and any other general queries for new customers.
