DERSINGHAM - Manor road/heath Road area.

This little guy/girl has been wondering around our horse's paddock all day looking very lost! We definitely think it's a pet as it's incredibly tame.
He/she is tucked up for the night with the chickens & has plenty of food & water. 😌

Had a good time over the weekend hanging out with these guys 🙂🐾 they had overnight visits in their own home, so they were very relaxed, happy and felt totally at ease. After this long walk we had all they wanted to do was sleep in their own beds ❤️

All you have to do to enter is comment below with a picture of your water bowl set up! You get extra entries for each bowl you have! (3 water bowls = 3 entries!) But we must of course have pictures of all bowls!

During such warm weather there are so many species of wildlife which will be struggling to find water. One simple act of kindness really can save an animals life. It only takes a few minutes to put up a shallow bowl of water, but it can make a huge difference for hedgehogs, squirrels, birds, bees, deer & many other animals.

We're hoping this competition will encourage people to put water out & do what they can to help ❤️ You can see from the pictures below, our wildlife "pit stops" are very popular! 🥰🦔

🟣 Help Them Home! 🟣

Sadly, thousands of extremely weary racing pigeons went missing this weekend, likely due to electrical storms impacting their homing instincts.

If you see a racing pigeon, it will be exhausted and dehydrated. Please feed it with wild bird food and plenty of water (in a deep dish). Never offer bread to a racing pigeon.

To help, we have put out free mini bags of pigeon corn at our Bradeley Green store, should any 'non pigeon' friends that visit wish to help if they find a lost pigeon.

These are loved animals that want to get home.

There must be someone out there for Dolly ❤️

We are starting to think Dolly might be the unluckiest cat in England. Today we all celebrated as she went off to her forever home after 285 days in care. An hour later we got a call to say they wanted to return her. We are all devastated for Dolly, she is such a loving, affectionate cat who deserves the best home.

So we go back to the search for a home for our lovely Dolly.

Meet Celia. She was captured by dog catchers and ended up in a kill shelter in Romania. Our friends rescued her, and she is now under our care until she finds a home. Celia is a gentle and friendly girl. She’s great with other dogs and people. She really deserves a chance to be in a warm home. 😥

Celia is around 8 years old, spayed, vaccinated and chipped. She’s medium in size. 🙏🐾❤️

It really doesn’t matter if your dog is friendly or not.

What matters is that you don’t take the choice away from another owner (and their dog) as to who they interact with.

There can be so many reasons why a dog and their owner need space from you and your dog.

Please allow them that choice 💙
