This is our last post of 2024 and we would like to dedicate it to Rosie

❤️ Rosie started her dog grooming apprenticeship back in January and the past year she has flourished in the salon 🐩✂️
She can now provide a full groom to a scissored style on her own with confidence and we are really proud of her! Well done Rosie 🎉
May 2025 bring you all that wish for 🙏

We're in the height of autumn now, and with a new season comes new hazards for our four-legged friends ⚠️

From woodland walks to Halloween-themed fun, keep a close eye on your furry companions this autumn!

Good evening everyone

I want to comment on fake posts that have been doing the rounds on social media

Firstly if you didn’t already guess they are completely fake news 🤷🏻‍♀️

Secondly do not believe everything you read on Facebook ( majority of adults live by this rule ) 🤯

Thirdly I am very sad to read it but unfortunately not surprised, A troll has been attempting to ruin our good reputation for some time now.
We’ve been having an absolute nightmare with this troll since 2023!!

They have not succeeded in any other way so now we turn to the good old bane of our lives, ruiner of society SOCIAL MEDIA 🤮

Our team and lovely clients will ofcourse stand by us because of their years of experience of using our services and that is all that matters to us to be honest.

When you atually think about their accusations are physically impossible 😆

Anyhow this is a police investigation of online hate crime against us now and we honestly do not want to give anymore of our time to it than we already have .

I have spoken yet again with Hertfordshire police and this is being treated seriously as a crime of giving out false information with the intent to cause harm 🙏
Also this person hasn’t done themselves any favours as we now have three separate attacks on us over a 10 month period which counts now as harassment.

We have been assured by police that a DPA request will be sent to Facebook which allows them to obtain the location which all of these fake posts have come from then this will be dealt with by the police, it just unfortunately like everything in life takes time!

If anyone comes across any of these posts online PLEASE screen shot them and send them to us so that we can forward them to the police before they are deleted!

Lastly we never thought that this could happen to us and but after publishing this we have been contracted by other local businesses who have experienced the same situation, the stages of despair these people have been pushed to is alarming!!
Remember you never think it can happen to you until it does!

We are thankful to have been established for 13 years this year with a fabulous client base .
Others have not been so lucky.
