📣 P O L I T E N O T I C E 📣

As a small business, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the slot to other customers on our waiting list.

We send out reminder text’s 24 hours before your appointment, please let us know then at the very latest if you are unable to attend.

▪️ Please note that for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments (no shows), there is a £10 charge that needs to be paid before a rebooking can be made.

We do understand that sometimes emergencies can happen and missed appointments are unavoidable 🙂

‼️PRICE INCREASE‼️

A message we have been putting off for a while- but unfortunately with the increase of operational costs we have had to take the decision to implement a small price increase to our grooming services. This will take effect from January 2025.

In attempt to soften the blow for our wonderful customers this will be kept to a minimal increase of between £2-£4.

*Nail clipping, A**l glands, puppy pampers & Desheds will remain at the current price.

That few minutes of fun playtime really makes a difference to puppies and helps them feel comfortable and safe in the salon. Join Ella on her visit to the salon for her Puppy Pamper 🥰💗 Our Puppy Pampers are designed to introduce puppies to the salon environment with a short stay appointment of approximately 1 hour. It’s a great way of getting your fur baby used to the noise and stimulation of the salon. These appointments are booked on a 1 to 1 basis with a groomer and include a shampoo & conditioner bath, hand blowdry, eye trim, hygiene & pad trim and cologne finishing spray. We recommend Puppy Pampers to fully vaccinated puppies from ages 14 weeks to 7 months depending on breed 🐾
