Block Bookings- I know, I keep going on 🙄🙈
Appointments are really limited for the rest of the year now, this is for both long and short haired breeds so please book up until December if you haven't done so already, I am having to let clients down and place them on the cancellation list because they haven't booked in advance and I don't have space to rebook them back in, not something I like doing but when I have no space I have no choice 🥲

‼️ Hot Weather 🔥 🥵
I've had quite a few messages of concern regarding the hot weather, and just wanted to clarify to anyone else who is wondering
(Thank you for being concerned about your dogs 🫶)
I am very fortunate my van has super good insulation which keeps a lot of the heat out and most importantly I have a air conditioning unit mounted to the top of the van!
This is consistently set to the lowest setting of 16 degrees, so any heat produced in the grooming area is removed and replaced with cold air.
The cab (where I drive) is completely sealed off and insulated from the grooming area so no heat from the windows get in that way either!)
As always if I can park in the shade it means the air-conditioning unit can work more efficiently, but it's very good at working hard!
If we do get a heatwave and I notice it struggling to keep the van at a temperature safe for the dogs then I will be cancelling and rearranging appointments as I am not willing to risk any dogs getting heatstroke.
I hope this clears any queries up, if there is anything I have missed please ask away :)

🐶 Puppies! 🐶 Set them up for success! 🐾 When? - young as possible, ideally as soon as they are clear of vaccines, every 4 weeks until they are confident enough for a full groom 🐾 Who? - EVERY dog regardless of breed 🐾 Why? - Puppies need to get used to the grooming process, and the younger they are the more open to learning which means its more likely to create a positive experience for them, leaving it until they are older (5+ months) often means they find it scary which we don't want! Bathing and using a hair dryer at home can massively help puppies learn the grooming process, but they still need to get used to it in a professional environment, and build a bond with the groomer (plus we obviously love a play and a puppy cuddle 🤗) The video belows shows some snippets of puppies having thier grooms 🥰
