A huge THANK YOU to Karl & Sharon for generously donating the gifts for our Easter craft and egg hunting sessions — your support helped us raise an amazing £388 for the farm!

We’re also incredibly grateful to Jeannette at Morrisons for donating Easter eggs to our wonderful adults with additional needs who work so hard on the farm. Your kindness brought a lot of smiles.

And of course, a big thank you to everyone who took part in the events and donated — you don’t know how much it means to us. Every single penny goes straight back into supporting our community farm and helping it grow.

After an incredibly busy week last week , our sheep & lambs have enjoyed a few too many grass pellets. Some of them have now got very upset stomachs, and because of this, we are asking:
⛔️ Please do not feed our sheep & lambs in the field.
⛔️ Please do not throw grass pellets into the sheep field.
While our sheep recover from their stomach aches. 🐏 Thank you for understanding.

🫏We're open for half term! 9am - 3:30pm. Monday - Friday We are free to enter, but please consider leaving a donation if you enjoyed your visit.

🐮We have animal feed available at 20p a bag from our feed machine or from our shop, farm fresh eggs are available to purchase as well as snacks, drinks and children's gifts. Our shop closes at 3pm and our sand boxes and water tables close at 2:45pm - this is so we have time to tidy and clean them ready for the next day.

🐷Don't forget we are a small, busy working farm, so at times we will be moving animals or cleaning sheds and access may be temporarily restricted in these areas. For this reason no bikes, trikes or scooters are allowed through the rabbit shed as they pose a hazzard around the farm.

🐔Sadly, our chickens & ducks are still locked in their barns due to bird flu restrictions in place throughout East Yorkshire and other parts of the UK. But you can still get up close with our other animals, including pigs, calves, sheep, donkeys, rabbits & guineapigs.

🐰The weather looks set to be dry and sunny so we will see you all soon!

Now the weather is nice we're seeing a lot more visitors which is lovely. 🥰 This does mean however that we are selling out of eggs very quickly, so for now we will be putting a limit of 2 dozen (4 boxes) of eggs per customer to make it fair on everyone who enjoys our delicious farm fresh eggs. 🥚🤎🐓

🌸A kind reminder 🌸
Lately, we’ve noticed an increase in rubbish, particularly baby wipes, being left around our visitors' car park. We understand that the muddy conditions might mean you need to clean your shoes before getting into your car. However, we kindly ask that you take your rubbish home with you rather than leaving it behind, as it can be harmful to the environment and local wildlife.
To help with this, we’ve now placed a bin in the car park. However, even without a bin, litter should never be left on the ground. Thank you for helping us keep the area clean and safe for everyone! ☺️

Your creativity and enthusiasm made each session so special, and we loved seeing all the beautiful daffodils come to life. Your support means the world to us, and we’re so grateful for taking part! Our SEND sessions were well attended and we’ll be providing more sessions like this.

🐷 We're Open for Half Term! 🐷
We’re still open during Half Term with our usual hours: 9am-3:30pm (shop closes at 3pm, and animals start going to bed after this time).
🐖 Feed the animals for just 20p a bag!
FREE ENTRY – but if you enjoyed your visit, please consider leaving a donation.
Our Half Term activities may be fully booked, but you're still welcome to meet our animals including pigs, calves, rabbits, sheep, and more! 🐴🐮🐰 no need to book.
Please note: Our chickens and ducks are currently housed in their barns due to bird flu restrictions across parts of England.

After walking around have some fun at our sand pits, water tables, and we have plenty of picnic benches for lunch breaks. Don’t forget our on-site shop, stocked with snacks, drinks, children's toys, and farm-fresh eggs! 🍪🥚
We can’t wait to see you next week! 🐓

Important Reminder: For safety, no scooters, bikes, or trikes are allowed around the farm. Please bring a lock if needed, or leave them at home.
