Hi Everyone - an update on the online booking system. If you have an existing booking this still stands, there’s no need to book again on the online system (we will upload these for you).
There is no rush for you to start using the system straight away. You can continue to book as you usually do as we gradually phase in the system.

I will be making a few tutorials next week to help you with creating an account and bookings for play days and boarding.

Some of you are struggling to upload vaccination records. You must tick the box for the booster and kennel cough record, add vaccination expiry dates for both and upload a photo of the vaccination card for both. I have circled the places where you must upload a photo in order to move forward with the account creation. I will provide further details on this next week.

Our new website is live with information about boarding and play days.
You'll find a link to our new booking system there. If you would like to create a profile for your pet and explore our new system then you are welcome.

In order to create a pet profile you will need the following information about your pets:
Age/ Vaccination cards (photo upload needed to register)/ medical and diet information/ emergency contact etc. You can also add your pet's profile pic!

We may experience some teething problems as we all get used to the new system so please bear with us while we get up and running!

Please note that our booking system is not for Burstwick Doggy Daycare - Just play days & boarding only.

📣 Kennels News 📣

Did you know our kennels have been providing dog boarding for over 20 years?!
Christina founded the kennels all that time ago and has decided that now she would like to retire and pass the business on.

We would all like to thank Chris for everything she’s done over the years - Chris is not technically retiring but is moving onto more work with the rescue animals!

Chris would also like to thank everyone for your continued support over the years.

Rob and Sarah (Christina’s son and daughter in law) will be taking over the kennels. You may have seen Rob around on his tractor, and Sarah growing flowers for Bloom & Gray

We will be keeping all of our existing staff and bookings in place so no need to worry about sudden changes!

What is changing?

We will be trading as Burstwick Kennels from now on, with a fresh new logo to match.

We are in the process of establishing a new online booking system to streamline boarding and play day bookings.

We hope to do some kennel renovations in the near future to maintain the high standards we have established over the years.

We have a few other ideas under wraps but we would love to know:

-What would you like to see from Burstwick Kennels in the future?
-Are there any events or services you would like to see?
-What can improve your dog’s boarding experience?

In the next couple of days we will be sharing some more information about the services we provide to keep you up to date. Please let us know if you have any questions!
