Hi Proviv Herpers.

Did you know.....
Provivs supplies vivariums to some of the biggest zoos in the uk. As well as lots of vets and colleges. We have some TV famous customers and two royal families as customers.
Sorry not posted here for a while is has been an amazingly busy few months and start to the year.
Finally catching up on orders and deliveries over the next few weekend will get me fully caught up on everything.
The delay with the glass company moving has finally been resolved.

As a one man and his son company all orders are greatly appreciated.
Orders generally take 1-4 weeks but can take a bit longer for some areas depending on when i am delivering in my van to your area next. Yes i deliver everything myself this ensures iot gets to you in one piece and helps cut costs.

Please please chack your spam messages before repeatedly messaging me.
I sent out over 50 eta messages this week. Many people i messaged with a delivery eta are emailing asking for an eta.
I am really short of time at the moment with having to catch up after the many issues over the last few months. I am just about there with the catch up, but replying to emails is slowing me down significantly. I have spent over 6 hours reply to emails over the last week.
Please help me out to help you by checking your spam messages before emailing me.

Hi Proviv Herpers

A couple of quick updates.
It has been possibly the toughest few months. My foot after x-rays was found to be not broken. A surprise to the lady xraying it and family members. It took a good few weeks to heal enough to be able to work properly and get my shoe back on.
Van repairs, machine repairs, and a family emergency. All adding to the burden. But slowly getting back on top of orders and gradually getting everything back to normal.
I am working silly amounts of hours at the moment in the factory and out in the van delivering. As a result, I have not been that great at replying to messages, etc. I'm hoping to finally get caught up with that side of things this weekend. Although i am working all this weekend in the factory too.

Quick update. The 5 Customers affected have been contacted and I am keen to get the last few deliveries from yesterday sorted asap.
Yesterday my foot got worse quite quickly and i had to stop delivering as i could not drive or even get my shoe back on.

Thanks for everyones help unloading the van today and yesterday.
Yesterday morning on my first drop i hurt my ankle. When i stepped out of the van and stood awkwardly on a kerb edge. I woke this morning to a lot of bruising. But keeping going with all the deliveries.
Just another adversity to deal with this week.

Hi Proviv Herpers

I have not posted for a while due to being so mega busy at the moment.
Here are a few updates, i have for the first time in a long time, got a full-time member of staff. This is thanks to the huge number of orders that have consistently come in this year.
Update on Emily she is starting to improve, we discovered she had a fractured sternum following her school bus crash.
I am currently not taking on any special orders for special sizes. Whilst i am this busy, it has led to errors and complications.
Over the next 3 weeks, we are on track to get back on top of orders.
If you have emailed me and not got a repsonce, please check your spam messages. If i have received your message it has been replied to. If you have not got a repsonce and nothing in your spam, then message me here on messenger, your emails are not making it through to me. It still amazes me the number of people who believe that because they have sent an email, it must have been received and just ignored.

Proviv Herpers.

As many of you know my daughter was involved in the bus crash that was in the national news last week.
Emily, now 14 not 5 like she was when she was building the viv in my pinned post, was sat in the front, on the top deck directly above the driver.
Luckly she has escaped with minor injuries and is doing well.
Thanks to all the emergency services for their help dealing with the incident.
As you can imagine this has impacted my work, but trying to keep disruption to a minimum.
Thanks to everyone who has sent kind messages.
***edit update: we have discovered that Emily has suffered a fractured sternum, which is the cause of her pain.****

Hi Proviv Herpers.

Not a great start to the year. But hopefully everyrhing will be sorted by the end of the day.
The cold weather and poor road conditions meant that the deliveries i planned for last week are postponed to this week.
Last week the shutter also broken thanks to for fixing it today.
Also had to do a repair on my edgebander and multiborer. It has been a week.
Thenks to everyone for bearing with me whilst i get everything sorted.

Hi Proviv Herpers
I hope you are all enjoying your break.
A week before Christmas I was quite ill with a flu type illness, it really knocked me for 6. Feeling a bit better now so heading back into the warehouse in a couple of days.
I have some exciting new materials for the new year and planning on adding these over the next few days to my website. A new wood colour which looks fantastic (I am still trying to think of a name for it) and concrete grey.
Remember i also supply all heating, lighting, control and decor etc the picture shows a huge order for stat i recently received.
