We are back at Castaway Play for Easter holidays!!!!

Everyday April 12th to April 21st 2025.

Join the mad hatter for a tea party and meet the most amazing animals with the Cheshire Cat.
Plus lots more activities and worlds to explore with castaway play.

We have availability over the Easter holidays for circus workshop, stilts, big bubbles, fire and of course the animals.

He did well, he is gonna be spending the night at home with me tonight so I can keep an eye on him.

After speaking to the vet this morning we have decided not to give him the chop. I really didn’t want him to have it done because I want him to have some babies to increase the coterie (group of prairies) and because he is now out of rut he has calmed down. He is still aggressive towards humans but not to his girls which I can deal with.
I can implant him before his next rut to control his anger issues.

He is still having his front teeth removed though, we tried to sort them out several times before coming to this decision but the best thing for him is to have them removed. This is agreed by the vet that previous husbandry and care (before me) had been the fault of this issue.

We are back at Tamworth Pride for the 5th year running!!!!!

I can’t wait to be back with this amazing group of amazing people.
Last time we met I was teaching them different circus skills and how to use the different props to help and maintain mobility and strength. We had so much fun, so many laughs, and bringing the group together to help each other.

Next week I’m back with them but this time I’m taking my animals to meet them all. Animal therapy experience.
Animal therapy can have many benefits, including improved mood, reduced loneliness, and increased social interaction.
Improved mood
Being around animals can improve mood and reduce the risk of depression
Dogs can help reduce feelings of anxiety and sadness
Reduced loneliness
Therapy animals can ease loneliness for people who are missing their homes or pets

We are a prebook experience, you must contact us to book an experience at our venue at least 24 hours before you want an experience.

Maximum of 10 people per experience (adults & children)
Each experience last 2hrs 15mins - 15 mins viewing all the animals then 2hr interaction with the animals.
(no interaction with coatimundi, grey squirrel or chipmunks these are viewing only)

£40 person (either adults or children who are taking part in the experience)
£10 per adult (non participation adults supervising of children)
Carers are free
Under 3’s are free
