It's not often that we post more than an ad or two and we never respond to negative feedback we receive.
However, a few days ago we put out a message offering aviary panels and doors at reduced rates to help support those who need to extend their runs whilst the current bird restrictions are in place.
We are a small independent company and this offer was made with genuine concern for the birds and recognising that some owners may be facing difficulties in making their enclosures bigger without it being a financial burden. We have over the last few years built up the business with repeat customers and recommendations and those that know us have provided wonderful feedback on the quality of our items, customer service and ability to make any size panel.
However, we have received negative feed back on the post with several angry faces, one saying that we have gone into insolvency and another hinting that we are trying to profit from the avian lockdown.
This is truly not the case, we cannot really afford to keep our items at a reduced price. The costs of materials have risen threefold over the past 18 months and our prices have not increased in line with this. Please take our offer in the spirit it is intended - to help those who may be struggling and for the welfare of the birds.

Another project completed. We supplied standard and made to measure aviary panels to this customer, who them made them into the enclosures, adding kickboards at the base and the animal housing.
