Our facilities are of the best , purpose built accommodation with an indoor room and attatched tiled outdoor run that is covered with a skylight for all weathers . The building is a long bungalow with a reception and a windowed corridor to one side and guest rooms to the other divided by a door into two sections . We have a family room for larger families and the building is central heated . This

is our guests home whilst you are away . Our home surrounds the courtyard and our guests join us for coffee / treats both inside and in the courtyard lounge . We have wind power and solar energy that power our beautiful facility and make us proud and understanding of the need to help with renewable energy . From the moment you book a reservation at the Rover Ritz to the moment your pet leaves, our main concern is your pets boarding experience comfort and care . We are dedicated to providing the very best ,comfort, health and safety for each and every guest and their individual needs . We pride ourselves in providing 5 star quality and care for your pet 24hrs a day . Guests are excercised and walked throughtout the day to keep their mind happy and their bodies healthy .

* We have a very lovely indoor playbarn with multiple cosy sofas and activities for all weather fun and games .

* Fully supervised group or individual playtime depending on your pets needs.

* Diet - we kindly ask for our guests to have their own diet for their holiday duration . We have fridges and freezers to care for raw diets , cheeses, yogurts , etc , fruit and vegetables as needed .

* All bedding supplied to a high standard . You may fetch your own as well as toys and treats .

*Central Heating .

*Grooming Service : please enquire on admission . Guests may have a bath and groom prior to collection - always a lovely relaxing pamper , with message and beautiful natural products ( very popular )

* On arrival especially for new Guests we spend time to get to know your pet and produce a care plan tailored for their individual needs during their stay with us . We aim to always reassure family and our guest .

* We are set in approx. 12 acres with secure paddocks , with orchards , woodland and long grass areas for healthy excercise - great for ball games and activities daily . Our larger fields have mowed paths to add to our guests excitement when out on a walk . We take some of our dogs safely and carefully out running with an electric mountain bike which they love around the larger fields . We are a happy family team with a home stay experience . Guests are loved , have fun and we want your pet to holiday in style . We love what we do - our focus is to give our Guests the best holiday away from Home while you are away yourselves . You and your pet should simply have no worries and total contentment - feel very comfortable to contact us anytime . We love having puppies stay for a day as soon as they have had their second vaccinations . We provide a beautiful experience to introduce them to life at our country holiday resort that are great memories and provide building blocks of confidence and pleasure to their adventurous lives . We provide therapeutic care with lots of love & cuddles X
