I do love my job!

I often think I should write a book about all the funny things that pets do that make me laugh during my days with other people's cats and dogs etc! Everyone of them has a personality!

Today one jack Russel was walking along going onto a verge side off road normal size curb and he literally lept over it as if it was a big tree tunk or something a passing car stopped and said he should be in the Olympics the way be jumped over that curb! 🤣

Earlier this morning was feeding a cat and I thought she was playing with her wet food but no she picked the chunk of meat up with her paw and took it up to her mouth and ate it out of her paw!! She did it a few times! So funny ! Never ever seen a cat do that before!! 😻🥰🐈‍⬛🤣

I always think about the dogs safety and welfare in heat like today ! I monitor the temperature and also take into account the age and breed of the dog, for me 25 and above is too hot. So when I say it's too hot to walk a dog it's not me been lazy it's 100% about the dogs safety and welfare. So garden let outs are done.
Little Bronte has just shown me a prime example she was sat with me in the sun for probably 5 mins and then took herself off to the shade! Now if someone takes a dog out in this heat yes the dog will go and want to go because your there but it has no choice at the end of a lead! Be kind to them and please don't walk them in this heat!

Better day today! Banging headache yesterday, lethargic and felt crap, with my horrid hip pain! But im allways still there for the doggies!! But just to add to that a dog decided to guard his house and garden and went on attack mode with me! Scarey!! Luckily no blood was shed!! Not a great day!! 😭
