FTK9 is a sister company to a wider network of k9 services, separated to allow for a specialist department offering tailored and quality bred dogs and training services worldwide. It was founded on the belief that not all dogs are born equal. They each have their own unique traits and mannerisms, and therefore require their own unique and specialized training. Whether it is to supply yo

u with quality healthy dogs or training for basic manners, specialist skills such as scent work or more complex behavioural issues, our trainers are focused on not only training dogs, but teaching you how to effectively communicate with them and utilise their skills and traits.

Due to a last minute change we have a couple of kennel spaces become available for Christmas :D

We only charge peak pricing on Xmas day the rest is as standard, we will be making all the doggos a Christmas dinner (subject to allergies) and lots of Christmas love ❤️

👋 Meet Darwin

He was a stray puppy, though despite a rough start in life he is super healthy and such a good boy!

🐾 Darwin is (we believe) a bluetick coonhound x pointer. He is super loving loves exploring but equally super chill and happy to snuggle up with a movie. He loves dogs and has been training in a mixed pack size from chihuahuas and spaniels up to labs and pointer. He truly is adorable!

He would likely love a home with other dogs though is calm and loving without them around so would be fine without.

He is just finishing off his house training (he isn't destructive more exposure to washing machines etc) and has been crate training well to! He will be ready for adoption very soon!

One of the most important things we do with all of our dogs in for training is a simple training game where we work on encouraging the dog to disengage with their surroundings, wether it’s a car/bike/dog or person we work on the focusing back to us quicker! This means we’re making a positive association with their environment! This can work for dogs from all walks of life, from over friendly to reactive and even nervousness! No better feeling than being greeted by the zoomies when our regulars come to visit 😍😍

Fleurs very own rescue dog skyla, she's 14 now so we try to give her plenty of adventures and spotted these guys around the corner, her first ever time trying flyball and she smashed it bless her she clicked on after 2 trys so proud of my old girl she loves getting stuck in, who said you can't teach an old dog new tricks (though she wanted the ball lady to throw it at the end 🤣)

The importance of early socialisation to objects, sounds, people textures etc can make all the difference to puppies future lives! Here at FTK9 we train dogs with reactivity, nervousness or even aggression week in week out often linked back to lack of socialisation in early life, so make our puppies start in life our top priority! Our little fleurs get the pleasure of attending our training centre to double up on travel socialisation 🥰🥰 #responsiblebreeder
