I now have next year’s diary!

If you’d like any, or all of your appointments booked for next year, please message me. Please include preferred days/times and how many weeks you’d like between appointments.

If you are a Saturday client, yearly booking is essential to guarantee your appointments.

I am having a change to my days off next year, and Fridays will no longer be available.

Appointments may take a few weeks to be sent over as I am waiting till I’ve got a full list before I start putting them all in.

Hi, I had a fall on Saturday which resulted in a very bruised and swollen finger and whiplash to my neck. As it stands at the moment, I can’t groom. I will be cancelling tomorrow’s dogs, I will message anyone who is booked In individually. Theres a possibility I may need to cancel more this week, but I will let anyone booked in know the night before their appointments. It’s not ideal as I am fully booked until the end of July, and as I am just one person, I may not be able to fit you all back in. This unfortunately means some of you may need to go elsewhere for this groom, and I will recommend some other groomers. Im so sorry for the inconvenience this will cause.

Hi everyone!

I have been incredibly lenient with my policies over the years, particularly no show and late cancellation fees. Unfortunately, this has caused me to lose a lot of money, for example, this year so far I’ve already lost £132 in no shows and late cancellations.

Therefore, moving forward I will be fully enforcing these policies, whether you are a long standing client or a newer client, these policies will be applied.

I have attached my policies below. Please take the time to read through them all. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to message me.

I think the majority of my Saturday clients have now booked for the year, but if you require Saturdays and haven’t yet booked them in, give me a message to avoid disappointment as it’s already looking very full for Saturdays next year!

My soonest availability is from August 2nd but there is limited availability throughout August - December is quite limited too! I would highly recommend booking in the rest of your appointments for the year if you are a regular!
