Can you believe the new year is only 2 weeks away?

As many of us start setting up goals for the new year, this is friendly reminder that we don't have to wait until the new year to jump start our new year resolutions.

In fact, we can start by take a small action towards our goals now!

🔸 Do you want to start incorporating fitness exercises to your dog's routine?
▶️ How about focusing on ONE exercise (e.g., static stand, square sit) a week, twice a week?
▶️ How about setting aside 3 minutes a day to work on one exercise?

🔸 Do you want to start cavaletti exercises with your dog?
▶️ How about practicing walking across one pole a few times this week?
▶️ How about practicing wrapping around a cone once a week?

We don't need January 1st to be the DAY ONE of our new year resolutions. Any day can be our DAY ONE!
