Situated in a quiet, residential area of Kirkwall our semi self-catering flat is a 5 minute walk from the local shops, restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk from the St. Magnus Cathedral. Attached to a beautiful family home with a large garden there is separate access to the accommodation which allows you to come and go as you please. The flat is decorated in neutral colours with heated tiled

floors throughout. Our kingsize bed is perfect for any individuals or couples looking for a relaxing stay. A sofa area with TV, Sky and free wi-fi allows you the comforts of home from home. The separate kitchen area comprises a fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and tea/coffee making facilities to use while you stay. The en-suite shower room has a large tiled shower unit, toilet and a large vanity sink area with lots of mirrors perfect for getting ready (fresh towels can be provided daily). Other facilities include: iron, ironing board, hairdryer, safe. The flat has private off-road parking. Unfortunately there is not disabled access. There is access to a washing machine and outside drying facilities if required. No smoking and no pets. Bookings taken for long stay or short stay. Nightly tariff is £60.
