🌟 **Join Us for a Strength and Flexibility Workout at Lancing EC!** 🌟

Looking to enhance your riding experience? Come and join us for a fun and engaging strength and flexibility workout designed specifically for equestrians!

🕡 **When**: 6:30 PM, Wednesday, November 27th
📍 **Where**: Lancing Equestrian Centre
💷 **Cost**: £10 per person

This 1-hour practical session will focus on improving your strength and suppleness—key elements for building a successful partnership with your horse. You'll leave with plenty of take-home exercises to support your everyday well-being!

**What to Expect**:
- Group sessions of up to 12 people
- Comprehensive work on all areas of the body, with a special emphasis on core strength and balance
- A friendly and fun atmosphere, with options for exercises so you can work at your own pace
- Full instruction and demonstration throughout the session

Matches will run from 9am-7pm on Saturday & 9am-4pm on Sunday!

Favourite thing about horseball: it's such a different sport on horses compared to the other disciplines, full of teamwork & adrenaline;
Most looking forward to in 2025: coach the Sussex HBC, good games and hopefully great victories.
