Laura's baby Eliška was delivered by Caesarian section on Monday afternoon - they are both doing well. We can't wait to meet the newest addition to the Adur Valley Vets family!

As many of you will already know Laura is nearing the end of her pregnancy.
She has left today to go on maternity leave. The whole team at Adur Valley Vets sends her our love and best wishes. We are all looking forward to meeting the new addition when she arrives.
While Laura is away Krystina will be helping us out.

UPDATE: Maxx has been found fit and well. He has been reunited with his family. Thanks everyone for sharing the original post.

MISSING - Maxx escaped from his owner's car outside Adur Valley Vets on Friday evening and is missing on the Mash Barn Estate. If you see him please get in touch with the surgery so we can help reunite him with his very worried family.

This handsome fellow was left on our doorstep this morning in this cat carrier. If anyone knows where he belongs please let us know. We have been in touch with the fantastic team at Worthing Cat Welfare Trust and they have offered to take care of him

If your cat is not microchipped you should plan to get this done soon as it is now a legal requirement.
It is a quick, virtually pain free procedure and helps ensure that if you pet is lost or injured that they can be rapidly identified and reunited with you.

Sonia has returned and is getting back into her stride following her hip fracture - but we are still in need of that elusive third vet.

If anyone knows of a Veterinary surgeon looking for a change of scene and new challenges we would love to hear from them.

The role would be full time - a four day week and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. No OOHs.

Competitive salary, 5 weeks holiday (+BHs), VDS, RCVS, BSAVA membership and CPD allowance.
