Messing around 👍🏼
Having some fun today with Blitz 🔥
Thanks for the decoy work Aaron Blair-Campbell 🙏🏼
Come control work around the stim 👍🏼
Couple of videos of Blitz at Trials & Tribulations this weekend 🫣He done well, we have a lot of pictures still to show him and a lot of work ahead of us but he is smashing everything I show him! It’s all a journey and we couldn’t be enjoying it more 🥰🫶🏼
Just a father & son duo 🤷🏼♀️
Proofing our downstays with the help from Megan and Savannah giving us an added distraction 👏🏻
These 2 will never know how much they mean to me. I couldn’t imagine life without either of them, ever.
🫶🏼
New challenge for Blitz this time!
We worked on some control work around two decoys instead of just one, which he found extremely challenging to say the least but he still done really well!
We are just taking it one day at a time, learning on this journey together 🫶🏼
This one’s gonna ruffle a few feathers 🙈👀
Just another surprise attack scenario with Blitz.
Building that intent to go forward and his confidence.
For the people who say you should always train an ‘out’ or a release first that may be how you train but we are doing it differently.
We are building his desire to work, his bite mechanics and his ability to take mental and physical pressure before we add in an out.
Adding in an out too soon can cause the dog to predict the release causing them to either release without being asked, lose the desire to bite as they know the fun is going to be stopped or sometimes even mess up their grip work.
By waiting until the dogs desire is ingrained and the drive and possession is where you want it then adding in the control, you decrease the chance of any the above happening in my opinion.
Each to their own if it works for you then keep at it 💪🏼
Blitz first time on the suit and doing his first suit send 👏🏻
Like a duck to water 🦆
Thanks to @aaronblaircampbell for decoying for him it’s much appreciated 🙏🏼
Covert Sleeve 🤷🏼♀️
Since you guys asked.
He’s not just equipment focused.
He’s never seen this picture before, we organised the decoy to come to the house so Blitz had no idea he was there or what was going on.
At first he isn’t sure what’s going on it takes him a second to process it which is fine as it’s his first time seeing anything like this but he still engages with the decoy with full intent and to him, this isn’t a training exercise to him this is a real situation.
A bit of handler error on my part too as I should have gave him the ok to bite as I opened the door which would have gave him that little extra boost of confidence and clarity. But we learn and we improve 💪🏼
I honestly cannot wait to watch this boy grow into who he’s supposed to be, he amazes me everyday.
Thank you so much to @aaronblaircampbell for the decoy work and for helping us build this boy 🙏🏼
Tommy x Kiya - nearly 8 months old 🔥
Since everyone was moaning about the last surprise attack video 😂 ‘he knew the decoy was there’ .. well here’s a video of him straight out the van, not a clue what’s going on, not in drive and can still switch on when needed.

Love building this dog day in day out 🧱
BREED FULFILMENT AND GENETICS 🧬
I know I go on about this a lot but I don’t feel people truly understand the importance of genetics and how important it is to know what your dog craves and know what outlets they need in order to meet their mental, physical and genetic needs.
We talk about herders and malinois a lot as working dogs but there are many other breeds too who are overlooked and just expected to be well behaved, in house family pets with little to no input from the owners. Spaniels, field labs, terriers, are a few and especially collies.
Here’s a fantastic video of my cousin working her young collie the way they were bred to be worked.
The fulfilment and enjoyment young Tess is getting from being allowed to and encouraged to perform her innate behaviours is immense.
Because all her required needs are met she can live a much calmer life and get all the benefits that pet dogs do because she is a balanced dog and she can settle happily knowing she’s fulfilled.
You get out what you put in and Tess is a prime example that shows hard work and consistency do pay off!
Very proud of these 2 and can’t wait for Blitz to come meet you both 🥰
Introducing a ‘hold’ 👍🏼
We do have a dumbbell and did try to start with that at first but he wasn’t quite getting it with the dumbbell so we changed the object to something he feels more comfortable having in his mouth and he grasped it so fast!
Once we have built the behaviour up enough we will transition onto the dumbbell as then he will have a solid understanding of the behaviour.
First ever surprise attack for Blitz yesterday 🔥
We never added any real pressure as we are building him slowly but he smashed it as always!
Trying to distract him to find a stick but he wasn’t for having it he knew dad was somewhere but didn’t know where 🙈
Can’t believe we’ve reached 10k followers ✨🙈🤩
Can’t thank all our clients new and old, and all our followers for the continued support it doesn’t go unnoticed 🙏🏼
I can’t believe we’ve reached 10k followers it’s amazing thank you to every one of you ✨
❤️
Showing Blitz some new pictures today ✨
Adding in more control around his bite work now as we are looking to go down the PSA route with him in the future.
As you can see he is really trying with everything he has to hold himself back from biting as it’s all he wants to do, it’s his highest reward.
At least I know he’s got my back 😉👏🏻
