Herd turnout for your horses regardless of the weather is the best gift we can give to them, it’s SO important for their mental health 🧠 Time with their friends, fresh air & grass will make them much happier & content when we see them rather than being stuck in their stables 24/7🐴

Chillblain Season🥶 This photo is from British Grooms Association but I’ve suffered with these almost every year working with horses until I found what works best for me to keep them at bay🐴

1. I wear Primark fleece lined leggings under my riding tights 🔥
2. Always wear 2 pairs of socks. One riding pair & one fluffy pair 🧦
3. I live in my Le Chameau Vierzonord Neoprene lined wellies when not riding👢
4. LAYERS, base layers, jumpers, body warmers & my balaclava every day 🥷🏿
5. Riding in my EQUIDRY or my winter Uhipwear short coat🧥
6. Surgical gloves with magic gloves over the top 🧤
7. I try to hold off showering straight away once I’m finished on the yard unless I need to 🚿

Today has been emotional, it marks the end of an era with the most amazing dogs in the whole world 🌍 This gang have been my best friends for the last 7 years & it wouldn’t have been possible without the trust of their incredible humans🫶🏻 Over the years they have turned from clients to friends & for that I’m forever grateful. Your kindness & generosity as I hang up my leads will never be forgotten🥹

The time has come for me to embrace my new chapter of living at our new home at with 21 horses & taking over the yard on my own which I’m so incredibly excited about as it’s something I’ve dreamed of ever since I was a little 4yo girl who sat on a pony for the first time🐴

Thank you for the memories my boys & girls, it’s never goodbye. Just see you later😭🐾❤️
