I'm a 23 year old geography graduate, from Larne and every day I can't believe my luck, I have turned a passion and a hobby into a business and found a lifestyle that I only could have dreamed of growing up! I am so delighted to meet so many amazing dogs and cats on a daily basis and really do think of them as my own furbabies and my own little Precious Petsitting gang. I hope to help bring peace

Happy New Years Day!

I would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that if you are interested in any dates at all get them sent through now! Things to remember:

✏️Unlike most petsitters, my diary opens a few months at a time.

✏️All dogs must complete a meet and greet and successful trial night before any bookings are confirmed. These both take a while to organise so get in touch now!

✏️No bookings are confirmed until your deposit is paid.

✏️I only board up to 3 dogs at a time absolute maximum and it is extremely dependent on who I feel is a good match so spaces are very limited.

I would like to take a moment to wish all my customers a Happy New Year! 🥰

The new year is always a time for reflection and 2024 marked my second full calendar year in business and boy has it been a wild ride! From fraud on my business bank account/multiple vehicle issues to buying my first home and renovating it for myself and the pups! We can just say there's been a lot of tears both happy and sad at times 🤣

I would also like to take a moment to note that there have been some very significant losses this year, without going into details I am so sorry for the loss of these beautiful fur babies and I want you all to know that I think about them regularly even if they aren't here anymore, they truly have left paw prints on my heart. It's the worst part of this job, getting the message to say that someone has gone to the rainbow bridge, returning keys and writing sympathy cards. I am so honoured to spend precious time with your pets and I remind myself daily never to take it for granted 🌈

It's always going to be difficult to describe the gratitude I feel each and every day for every single person who has used my services whether it's once or twice in the year or daily! To all the family and friends that take the time to recommend my name to someone looking for pet care or to those who like and share my posts. Every small little thing has got me and the business to where I am now which is somewhere I could never have imagined! I look forward to seeing what 2025 brings and i'm excited to welcome some old and new faces 🩷

This was a tough one! I've had so many amazing puppers join me this year! It's hard to not include them all 🤣

Pepper and Billie are my two baby spaniels, they may be big girls now but in my head they are still the babies of the gang! They are very similar in age and started nearly the same week back in January! The time flies when your having fun!

Billie fitted into crazy group walks almost straight away but Pepper enjoyed cuddles and on lead walkies with bigger dogs! Although, Miss Peppers confidence is growing and she's started to enjoy walks with the rowdies too recently!

Billie is best friends with Kizzy, last years best newcomer so I think it was meant to be! Pepper is trying to be Nellies bestie but Nellie is still loyal to Tess 🤣 Its been a while since i've walked these two together but maybe in the New year their days will line up for a play date!

The last award until after Christmas!

This one is an important one, Badger was my first proper regular walker joining Precious Petsitting in October of 2022. We practically jogged together with how fast he went! 🤣

Earlier this year, Badgers mummy quickly spotted a lump on his leg, it went from tiny to huge very quickly so we were all worried. After a few tests and a surgery to remove the lump he made a good recovery! He was so brave and very patient while he waited to get back out on his walks, we maybe don't go as far or as fast as we did when we first started walking together but I am so so happy to still see this gorgeous happy boy every week 💙

A slightly different award today! This award goes to Daisy and Petal, I first looked after them in January and have done a few times since. They were so shy on my first visits and I really feel the progress has been huge! Especially with Petal, thank goodness she loves her veggies as you can see! 🤣

They get excited when they see me now instead of running to hide! A great compliment for me as before them I had no guinea pig experience! 🙈

This girl could have been awarded a multitude of different awards cause she really is just the most amazing but that wouldn't be fair on the other puppers! So she has to settle for friendliest girl, this is a huge compliment as last year it was Miss Maia who won this award and big shoes to fill! A friend to all, big or small, dog or farm animal nothing phases her and its been amazing to get to know her this year. She certainly is a good friend for me 🥰

First up we have the handsome Mr Shadow, he joined Precious Petsitting in June and it took me a day or two to break through his scary borks to find out that he is the biggest softie! Ever since and he has been flashing me the biggest smiles to send to his mummy 🤩

Did you know that I work out of hours? If I wanted a 9-5 I would have one!
