I just wanted to say a huge thank you on behalf of myself and Lakeland Trailhound Welfare to all of you who came to support us on Sunday at Langore. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful location for our show with plenty of shade and the slope providing a natural amphitheatre. I hope you all had as good a day as us. I’m sure we would all like to thank Sue for doing such a good job as our judge as well as Anne, Carolynn and Eliza for all their help. Last but definitely not least I would like to give a big shout out to Glebe Veterinary Surgery for their generous sponsorship. All in all, we raised £520 for this great charity that is dedicated to finding homes all over the UK for ex-racing trailhounds.
I must apologise to our Best In Show (Thor) and our Reserve Best in Show (Squirrel) for these awful photos but I really shouldn’t have taken them with my sunglasses on 😎!!

We are back at Langore again this year and I hope some of you can join us for a fun afternoon 🐾

Just wanted to say a quick thank you to everyone for coming today. I hope you and your traillies had as lovely an afternoon as we did. Also, I would like to thank Sue and everyone at Lakeland Trailhound Welfare for all their tireless work finding homes for these wonderful hounds.

Hopefully see you all again in the autumn

Arlo has just got back from the Margaret Green Animal Rescue sponsored walk. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Wingletang for all their effort in organising such a great event (especially the cakes) and for finally wearing him out!! I hope you managed to raise loads of money for such a great charity. I’m sure all of you who came along would agree that it was perfect walking weather and a great way to spend a Sunday morning
