We will be starting our youngster socialisation sessions again this Saturday morning at 10am in our secure field in Snitterfield. A gentle introduction to other dogs (and humans) in a controlled environment. Please message for further details if interested.

This gorgeous juvenile delinquent was expelled from school the other month for misbehaving in the playground. He’s now back after donating his testicles to veterinary science and he’s today’s star pupil.

Due to the success of last week we’ll be doing this again this Saturday.
It’s noticeable that lots of dogs born and acquired during this Covid period are very timid, anxious and wary of not just other dogs, but humans too. For this reason we’re offering puppy socialisation sessions for puppies and owners in our secure field in Snitterfield (only 10 mins from Warwick Gates).

It will be an informal session for those with timid and anxious pups to allow them off-lead in a secure environment with pups of a similar age, and obviously other humans. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and will be £10 per owner. Please let me know ASAP if you’d like to attend. Text with your name is probably the best option to avoid messages from several platforms, although any platform is okay.

Last week was attended by dogs older than 6 months, but if you do have a younger dog then please let us know and perhaps we can organise a younger session in the future.

Police Dog Kaiser is 'lucky to be alive' and an officer is facing weeks off work with a broken wrist following a knife attack in south London.

Responding to reports of an intruder, PD Kaiser joined officers to search the local area. Locating the man, Kaiser tried to subdue the man but was stabbed up to five times on the top of his head and once below his eye.

Despite the attack, Kaiser was able to keep control of the man for long enough to allow officers to take hold of him.

Well done Kaiser!

This is Eclipse. Every day she leaves her house, by herself, and takes the bus downtown to the dog park where she spends a couple of hours getting exercise and making friends, and then she takes the bus back home again. She even has her own bus pass attached to the collar.
It started when her owner, Jeff Young, was taking too long when the bus arrived, so she impatiently ran ahead and got on the bus by herself. The bus driver recognized her and dropped her off at the dog park, and later Jeff caught up with her. After several more trips by herself, Jeff started letting her go on her own, and she always comes back home a couple of hours later.
All of the bus drivers know her and she makes them smile, and many of the regular passengers enjoy seeing her every day and will often sit down next to her. Even the police have given their approval as long as the bus drivers are okay with the arrangement. "She makes everybody happy."
