What on earth is going on?
These 2 were found in a cardboard box in a wood by a dog walker last weekend.

Today, I've just had a phone call, and someone is on the way to drop off 2 more piggies that he found in a plastic box at the park.
Poor piggies are cold and hungry.

2 things.

First, I would like yo say a massive thank you to those who drop their vegetable scraps and left over at the doorstep for all the guinea pig residents here at PuddleDucks Guinea Pig Rescue (200 currently)

Secondly, I'm looking forward and starting to get ready for a few fundraising events next year. We are hoping to be able to have a tombola on the stand. So if anyone is having a clear out and would like to donate item that a suitable for a tombola prize, then you are either welcome to drop it of at 13 southway, CV31 2PG or drop me a facebook message via my page and I can come and collect.
Also, if anyone have a raffle ticket drum they would like to donate, that would also be amazing.

Again, thank you so so much for the support the community gives the rescue. It all helps so much.

Anyone on Harrington nuggets get ready for a change.

So disappointed that Harringtons have discontinued their whole small Pet range. I now have to change 200 piggies over to another brand.
Although harringtons said I should try Wagg as its their sister company. 🤦‍♀️

If anyone can help me by buying any Harrington that's still left, it would be a great help. Apparently there is still some on Amazon.

For those who will have to swop over. Please do it slowly over a week or so. Gradually increasing the % of new nuggets and decreasing the % of old nuggetts. If you need any support, please don't hesitate to drop me a message.

I've been meaning to update you all on Mo and his tumour.
Well........
Mo's tumour ruptured a few weeks ago, so I took him back to the vets to see if they would do anything.
As the tumour was 75% exposed, they decided to operate. I was so excited for him as he was so fed up with having a golf ball stuck under his chin.

Well OMG it worked. He made it through the op and is now fully healed and signed off. He's now running around like nothing happened. If it wasn't for the scar under his chin, you wouldn't know.

He is such a trooper and it was well worth every penny spent at the vets to see him happy again 🥰🥰
